5 stars for the Freshest salad I’ve had for a while! Worth the wait in drive thru’s long line. Hot and fresh fries too. Keep it up!
The only bad location I’ve ever stopped at. I don’t know if it was an off day or what, but the orders were wrong for both me and my boyfriend and fries were soggy and cold. Lemonade and sweet tea were warm. Could’ve been freshly made but no one wants to drink a warm drink. So disappointing from Chick-fil-A because they are usually top notch.
i went to Chick Fil A with some classmates on our break. we had 3 separate orders and 1 order was placed online. we arrived, and there was a man taking our orders. he kept walking away from the car. now i understand walking with the cars as the cars are moving forward and we want to move the line so cars can keep coming into the drive through but he literally walked away from where we were stopped (by the speaker) and walked to the drive through window. he didn’t say anything before he left. we waited for about 5 minutes for him to come back to the car to finish taking the rest of our order. after he completed the orders, we went up to the window, received our food and we drove off only to find out that there were no straws in the bag. not a big deal but it’s a little inconvenient, given that our school doesn’t carry any extra straws. this is the worst experience we’ve ever received from this chick fil a.
I came for breakfast. Me and my cousin. She was following me in a Porsche. I was in a Honda. She was greeted with smiles and I wasn’t. I ordered my baby a meal and myself. I wasn’t handed enough jelly and the manager I presume told me to Go around the cars! I have my food! As if I haven’t been in a Chick-fil-A before. So I told her I didn’t have enough jelly and she said well we don’t have anymore grape and told the girl to specifically give me strawberry and when I looked in my bag it was nothing but grape! My cousin even had grape and she was behind me!
Food was typical Chick-fil-A… good as always! The staff wasn’t very kind, at least in terms of Chick-fil-A standard. Nothing bad, nothing great. 4 stars.
I love Chick-fil-A but today I was disappointed while are work we decided to stop for breakfast I ordered a number one with cheese and once I got to my location to eat there was no cheese the chicken filet was spicy and my biscuit is hard as ever the harsh brown taste as if the oil is old like a fishy taste maybe it’s the location idk I never had a bad experience before other then today
Love Chik-Fil-A and this used to be a great location. Not sure what happened, but the service has gone down hill and it's feeling more like McDonalds. Almost every single time I get a large fry they leave it about half empty. Why?
Chick-fil-A brand is one of the best, but I've noticed a few things. 1. My sandwich is smaller, my fries are less, my frosted lemonade is in a smaller cup, but my price is higher. A number one with a frosted lemonade was once $8.35, now it's $9.95. 2. Do not put condiments in the bag to touch my food please. 3. I asked for a towelette and the employee acted as if I asked for a million dollars. WTW. ---- I wish I could show you my sandwich, but of course it was so delicious, it was gone in 5 seconds. Instead, I will show you my small empty cup of frosted lemonade. Most of all, I've noticed these fast food chains are trying to withhold recipes unless customers ask for them. I always ask for my receipts so I can complete the survey for the free item ? Here, I had to ask for my receipt and received a duplicate.
We’ve been in line for 20 minutes and still are three cars away from the order window. This is definitely not a fast food restaurant, more like slow food. Maybe look into improving your service?
Last week I sat in a long line thinking I was gonna get some hot fresh food. I ordered a chicken sandwich with no salt fries. They are so rude!!! Told me no our fries come pre salted (how) an was very rude about it. I’m not the one to ask for no salt fries just for them to be fresh I don’t add extra salt to my food. So when I eat food that was salted after it was cooked the salt over powering. Needless to say I wasted my money because the salty fries couldn’t be eaten. I know my one voice doesn’t matter but I wanted to express my concerns as a patron of your business.
