We are avid Chick-Fil-A fans and have been to many a Chick-Fil-A. This is by far the best Chick-Fil-A for miles around! We come every week for lunch and for coffee and it's always amazing. The staff are all very friendly, and treat you like family! They go out of their way to make you happy and always brighten our day!!!We absolutely LOVE the food. Oftentimes, because we have few picky eaters in our family, we will request for some items to be on the side or cooked differently, and every single time the folks at Chick-Fil-A Waverly deliver. The best Chick-Fil-A in Charlotte and it's always a delight to come here!! :)
So nice to have the dining room open again and be able to enjoy the sausage and egg biscuit with hash browns. Thank you for being so pleasant and refilling my coffee.

It’s rare I leave a review but it’s saddens me to say that I had a bad experience here. The little boy at the drive thru was so freaking rude!!!!! If it wasn’t Chick-Fil-A I probably wouldn’t even care. But since Chick-Fil-A is known for their service, I had to say something. He need to be working in kitchen if customer service not his thing!!!!

AVOID THIS CHICK FIL A!!I love Chick Fil A but this location is horrible in their food service AND customer service. I ordered 2 - Grilled Chicken Egg & Cheese Sandwich order combos on 12/4/21 & apparently their employee that took my order did not know what that was. I asked him to show me the menu on his iPad so he can see what I wanted and showed me the employee part. He told me he got it, I paid and left. I get home and I have only 2 grilled chicken breasts on a biscuit, wow really? That is Not what I paid for or wanted! I called and they said they will not give me a refund but can give me coupons. They’re employee Pierre got my order wrong and they will try to re-train him. No, I want my money back but fine, I’ll comply since I’m a loyal Chick Fil A customer. I get the coupons BUT they are for 3 types of sandwiches ONLY; nothing else allowed & ONLY at the WAVERLY location. Wow, so no refund and I’m only allowed to get 3 types of sandwiches which NONE I ever order ever. I will never come to this location again and will spread the word to AVOID CHICK FIL A WAVERLY because you refused to refund me a simple breakfast order due to your employee’s incompetence and not being trained properly!
