Usually this Chick-fil-A is top notch, well ran, clean, efficient, and friendly. Todays experience was much the opposite- the person who brought my curb side order was not friendly in the least, barely grunted a my pleasure after I thanked her. Now that’s not worth a negative review by any means, I frequent this Chick-fil-A way more than I care to admit (it’s a problem) and I’ve never had an issue with staff, I’m only mentioning it because I needed to come write this review for another reason. Today when I was eating my chicken sandwich I felt something weird and managed to choke this plastic embedded into the chicken back up…. Sorry for the gross photos. This is a safety hazard And extremely concerning that it was inside the chicken not just on top of it in the bun.
I went through the drive thru 4.6 to order a small soup and paid with card. I gave the lady my card and she told me that she wasn't sure if the payment went through. Odd! So I get to section where I get a receipt and told I would have to pay again that amount didn't go through. Ok fine. I check my balance and I was charged $25.58 and $3.72(correct amount). I bring this to their attention and I'm told to wait until the charge has processed at the bank. I was charged for someone else's food. I expect better from Chick-Fil-A.

Worst service I’ve received from a Chick-fil-A ever. Person who answered the phone was rued and the manager didn’t make it any better. Once food was finally brought to my car the food was cold. Waited 30 mins to be assisted and no apology or anything. Will not be returning here nor would I recommend.
Quality of service has significantly decreased over the last month or so. For a number of the order takers and servers the words "please and thank you" are not a part of their vocabulary. Looks like this store is hiring the cast offs from McDonald's and Burger King. No manners and only want to do the absolute minimum needed yo get by!
Always satisfied with such clean food friendly courtesy of service I think you need to give you young people who's working out in the cold taking out orders while we're in the comfort of our vehicles a Increase in Pay especially during this time a Price Heights! This is the only chickfila that consistently gets orders wrong, they are always slammed but so are most chickfilas. The last 2 times ive gotten the wrong food , last one i was shorted 12 nuggets and had an extra fry instead lol. Idk but between the nightmare of a parking lot and the poor execution id afvise you to drive less than 2 miles down providence road to the next chickfila
As with most chickfilas, this one is also fairly fast. Not a lot of parking and can get very busy at times
