I picked up 2 trays of chicken minis for an event. The employees were helpful & friendly as always. I called ahead of time and they had my order ready when I arrived.However they were out of Chick-fil-a Sauce and Polynesian Sauce. They also did not have gallons of sweet tea or lemonade available on my visit.

I went here after visiting my friend Tony a couple weeks ago. It hit the spot, their food at Chick Fil A was amazing, always on-point! The staff was friendly and top notch on their service, as shouldn't be expecting anything less.

While this place is clean I do have to say that have some of the worst customer service of most chic fil a’s in my area. Waited 10 min in the online order pickup before anyone even acknowledged me.

Everything worked out great this trip. Food was exceptional and tasty. I have had issues before at this location, missing sauces on several occasions. 10 min wait once at drive thru when they asked me to pull toward, yes I timed it.

The young lady taking my order was just a little sweetheart ❤️ and my food was perfect best part was my yummy MILKSHAKES yes I said MILKSHAKES plural lol

I’ve ordered from this location many times and each time it’s getting worse. Today I ordered through UberEats because I knew I wasn’t going to be able to get there on time for breakfast. I ordered 2 meals, I got 1 meal and the drink and sauces for the 2nd meal but nothing else. When I called the store they told me go by UberEats, UberEats refunded me the money. I called the store again to see if anything could be done by a manager to get the chicken biscuit and hash browns that were missing, passive aggressively the response was I’m sorry no … my pleasure wasn’t included either at the end of the call. Needless to say I won’t be ordering Chick Fil A again.I’ve worked in fast foods before and currently in a restaurant, I understand the whole process of packing foods it’s not that hard. Previous orders of over $50 missing 2+ items, even when I’ve ordered through the Chick Fil A app. I honestly don’t understand what the issue is. If you’re understaffed and too busy put yourself on a wait, by not moving the drive-thru quickly & by not giving incomplete orders to drivers.
