Our order is ALWAYS wrong!! It’s either the wrong portion size or things are missing. Will not be going back to this one!
I went to the rivergate location and asked for waffle fries and yes it was 10am and yes they said I had to wait til 1030 am to drop fries. I never have gone to chick fi la and they make me wait for fries they usually say “you have to wait 7 minutes and to pull up” but I am still able to get them. The manager Scott said it was corporate but I really feel he just was saying that because when I asked him if I called corporate would they say the same thing and he was very hesitant. I usually brag on them because their customer service is great and they always are so nice and say “my pleasure” and this is what sets them aside from McDonald’s and to add when I got home I did not have pickles on my sandwich come on chick fi La please don’t start slacking like McDonald’s. It’s about customer service and I see if it was 8am but it was 10am and I was buying them and didn’t mind waiting 7minutes what it usually takes to cook them. The same way you drop hash browns is that not the same way you drop fries??
Can never go wrong here! This location is always top notch even when they are so busy the line wraps around the shopping center. I get the same thing every time: the spicy chicken deluxe with a large fry and diet lemonade. They have the best diet lemonade ever and nugget ice is everything.Also came for breakfast and got the nugget hash brown scramble bowl with a side of hash browns & diet lemonade. I’m allergic to some fruit in the fruit cup/ yogurt parfait so those aren’t options for me. One of the better fast food breakfasts!
Placed order at 9 40 am this morning so I could pick up on way back home I got at the restaurant at 10 25 took about 10mins to get an employee to come to window and check me in she told me I was good to go and asked me to wait in line. I waited for more than 20 mins just to be told they stopped serving breakfast at 1030 so they did not have my food? I ordered before 10 30 and got there before 10 30 and was still told there was nothing they could do? Mind u I was already charged. Out of all the locations I regret ordering from here!
Super busy, as always, but the employee that we dealt with at the drive-thru and at pickup was the same, very friendly gentleman.Our shakes and mac ‘n cheese were delicious! My son said his strips were great, but my nuggets were very dry and tough for the third time in a row at this location. I love their chicken and indulge every once in a while, but I haven’t had a decent order of the nuggets that I crave for well over a year. Very disappointing! Maybe we’ll try another location next time, because they’re normally SO yummy!
Great. Really hit and miss depending on the shift. This location has managed to consistently get my order wrong, they never make amends or do anything to bring restitution for their mistakes, the customer service is the worst that I've experienced at any location ever. We order for our team lunches and meetings all the time since we're across the street and it's so disappointing to have staff missing items, or have the completely wrong order and no one says anything but oh what was missing and causing our meetings to run late or behind schedule. It's so frustrating.
Good food and friendly staff but the wait times are 20+ minutes. The drivethru seems to be hit or miss with if you get the order point that is either fast or slow. By slow I mean getting in a line and watching 10 or more cars go by in the opposite line that get there after.
Always very slow and my order is often missing something. Service is not up to the Chick-fil-A standard majority of the time. The McDonald’s next door has fresher, faster food.
I ordered in the Drive-Thru, with at least a 10-15 minute wait and received half of my order at the window. The employee approached my car with my order, gave me the total and at this point I told her that an item was missing. She went back inside to swipe my debit card. I spent a good 5 minutes at the window asking for a proper receipt, as I had a $4 receipt for a $9 order. She eventually gave me the rest of my order and explained that I wouldn't be overcharged. Before I drove off, she handled me someone else's debit card ??? Noticed they also put the name RICK on the bag and the food was luke warm at best. Food safety is important, even at a fast food place. Not coming back here
Not the normal chic fil a customer service....Ryan the manager is rude and very disrespectful...I will not be back to the this location
