The bathroom was NASTY (Mens) I ordered my food 25 mins ago they said give it 15 to 20 mins I get there nothing is on the grill and they standing around having Conversation! She took my money and I said where my food she look around and said it’s not made yet so I said then what the h** they doing I want my money back she gone say understandable….yea never coming back they nasty the place is nasty and the Experience was Trifling.

The food is great. The prices have gotten a little pricey. Are they finding it hard to stay open? Just wondering....
Had the opportunity to visit the location in Charlotte NC, located off Mt Holly-Huntersville Rd. I really enjoyed the food that I ordered, it was hot & fresh and not a long wait at all. I must say that Novi was very hospitable and made me feel really good about my food choices. She was very compassionate to me and the other customers that came in while I was there. Keep up the GREAT JOB NOVI. Good customer service is hard to find now of days. Be Blessed ?
Food not ready when it was supposed to be. Stood and waited 20 minutes while they made the remainder of the order. Still missed an item and half the food was cold. Disgusting/unclean inside and staff offered no apology. Happy to say we won’t be returning
I know that in the past I said some really well just say give him my opinion about checks but I must say tonight I am so excited and appreciative to have the great tasting food which is Philly chicken sandwich it is the best the fries were hot tonight everything was just perfect normally I go next door to Jackie boys but chex grill wings I am so glad that I had given you guys a second chance thank you

This was a door dash pick up for me but I wasn't impressed much. The food smelled great, but the restaurant wasn't very clean looking and the restroom was NOT clean. I believe if a place isn't clean where a customer can see, what in the world does it look like where we can NOT see?!?!?! But that's just me and how I think
I had there food twice l find the french fries to be extremely salty, however I do find it fountain drinks are good.
The wings were excellent. We will definitely go back. The bathroom however needs some.work.
