Not willing to make it right!Ordered the 30 wings. It came with no fries. Price was 51.99. I'm thinking that this is the order with fries and tea. When I didn't get the tea or fries, I checked DD and saw that the 30 pc that comes with fries and tea costs $51.48. It's cheaper! I called Chex to see if they'd at least provide me with fries and a tea since they're clearly not losing any $$ and she was unwilling to even make it right! I asked to speak to a higher up, of course he wasn't there. Not happy here. Im done with Chex.

I have never had anything but wings and they are always good. Today I had a burger and fries and I was very impressed. The burger was so good and the fries were hot!!
Really good wings! Personally I think the Gold Rush flavor is the best!! The girls that work at the front counter are always nice! Great please to go
I frequent this spot often. I placed my to-go order over the phone and proceeded to pick it up. When I got there they were busy and usual so I paid and waited. While I waited, one of the employees turned to me to let me know that my order was almost ready. A few minutes later another employee apologized for my delay. Then, a couple minutes after that, the employee offered my more sauces to try and gave me a dessert for my "trouble". Even though they took a couple of minutes longer than I'm used to, I was VERY impressed with the level of customer service. It doesn't seem like much, but there has been a significant decline of common courtesy in the service industry.
They are always fast and friendly! The food is so so good! My family eats here at least 3-4 times a month. Great neighborhood restaurant. Everytime we have gatherings at our home we also order wings and our family always ask where did we order from and now they come here as well. Try them out for sure!!!
The best subs and wings here! Your food is always hot never need to reheat my take out! The sandwiches are nicely made. Quick service! Generous on their portions.
I ordered 25 PC wing and fries. My wings were cold and fries were cold and not seasoned. I always go to the one on freedom dr cause they always do you right but I decided to try this location. Very disappointed. When I called to explain they asked if I took pictures of the food. Seriously?? Never heard of in my life!! They did fix my order..But no worries I will not be coming back..
Lemonade is really good and the fries are good everything else is just meh. Gyro was so dry even with the sauce i was so disappointed. Hubby got a burger was just ok, he not difficult to please but he was even not impressed in the least. It was pricey for what it was, probably won't be back.
