Nothing, waitress sat the 5 of us at a booth for 4, so we asked her if we could move and she was very rude and said then you’ll have to wait longer. So we left.
Recently visited Cheddar's and it was decent overall. The service was sub-par, but they were short staffed so I cut some slack there. Pros: the baby back ribs were juicy, flavorful, and falling off the bone,and the broccoli casserole was outstanding! Cons: the steak was a little tough and fries didn't seem too fresh. They didn't have a bartender working, so I couldn't get my favorite frozen drink. I've had better experiences there, so I'm sure I'll give them another try / review in the future.
Chicken tenders and honey butter croissants were amazing! I was a little underwhelmed by the fries and broccoli cheese casserole, not to mention the time we spent waiting for our server to come back, but I am sure that their being understaffed is what is to blame.
We were quoted at 20 minute wait and ended up waiting approximately 40 minutes. The server was not very friendly, she did not seem to care about the quality of her work, and very nonchalant. My food was good but my husband’s food was incorrect and when we asked the manager why some of the T-bone steak was missing and he said that they are prepackaged. We mentioned to the manager that it looks as if someone cut some of the steak and he tells us that his staff know better because he would kill them. The steak was supposed to be well done not charred but had to cook longer due to it not being cooked as requested. It will be awhile before I return because the customer service was very unpleasant
I went to college in this area and decided to bring my group here for some team building pre engagement time! And I’m glad I did! The food came out superrrr fast! One of my favorite items here is the honey butter croissants, let’s just say that hasn’t changed much! Great service and very affordable pricing!
Stay away! Food sucks (taste and needless up charges) and so does the service. Walk in and the hostess acts like you owe her something…if you’re mad, be mad at your employer, not innocent customers. It wasn’t even busy and yet the food was horrible. Got their “famous” cookie and it was raw and burnt at the same time…they just need to close down already. Never again!
Food was good ? waitress was nice. The painkiller drink was happily strong enough.
We ordered take out via their website on a Tuesday evening and they offered curbside pickup. We arrived at 7:10 and was able to check in online to let them know that we have arrived. The food was supposed to be ready by 7:17. We waited. 7:27 comes around and I call to let them know that we were outside. The lady said she would “let him know.” So then we waited…and waited. I called again at 7:37 and the same lady answers the phone. I let her know that this was my second time calling and we were still outside waiting for our food. She says the same thing: “I’ll let him know.” I asked her if our food was even ready and she says yes. She had a nasty attitude. So then we proceeded to wait and wait…..and wait, and yet no one brought our food out. So eventually, my boyfriend goes in and grab our food. Please tell me WHY you even offer curbside service and designated parking spaces for curbside pickup? If the lady had just said that they were not offering it or that they were busy, then we could have just walked in to pick up our food instead of waiting at the parking lot for over 40 minutes. Also, they were not busy. Food ended up being really cold all because no one at Cheddars wanted to do their job.
I don’t know why I ever bother here. Even before the pandemic service has always been slow and it’s no better now. I went on lunch break so I could use up a free dessert coupon I got for my bday. I ordered an entree as I needed to in order to get the dessert. Took forever to even have a waitress come over to get my order in the first place. I ordered the so called “slowwwwwww smoked” full rack of ribs and they come out but just a half order. The waitress said they’re still cooking the other half. There was nothing slow cooked abt them. Not even falling off the bone, was tough to even get the one rib off. I ended up sending it back and just leaving. I had no time to sit around waiting on another entree order when my lunch break was almost over.
This place wasn't too bad. Yes unfortunately we had to wait for a little while to get seated due to them only having 2 servers. The service wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. I order a Long Island and that thing tasted like sweet lemonade. I can say my chicken Alfred was delicious. My son had ribs and they were tender. I'll probably go back again, but definitely can't order Long Island (sweet lemonade) again!
