Had to give a star just to do a review so tell me I can’t order a kid’s meal without having a kid that not right or fair for someone who can’t eat a lot of food so I will no longer come to this place again
Manager at this location will not honor free drink coupon for doing survey. Says you must buy food. Nowhere does it state you must make a purchase. She was very nasty. Food isn't even that good either. Other locations have better food & service!
I noticed reading through reviews that all the 1 star reviews aren't even about the quality of food. I thought my regular Philly I got was delicious. Sure, they weren't super cheerful but I didn't have any issues and food was great. Other 1 stars probably came at a busy time and didn't like the wait. Wasn't very busy when I was there.

I couldn’t call the store to tell them about my order. I ordered the old school fries with bacon and jalapeños. I had maybe 15 fries total one strip of bacon and no jalapeños. It’s too early in the shift for this type of service
My experience today was horrible! I had a coupon && needed help to redeem it ..she continue to basically call me a lie and said i had already done so !!! The customers in line said she was rude.. black lady braided bob!! Then once I got the sub it wasn’t good at all burnt steak .. I couldn’t go back because i was on an hour break which i stayed in line 30 of those
The lady that is opening this morning with short dark hair always has the worst attitude ,and customer service everytime I go here a problem . She needs to find her calling customer service obviously is not it.
I had the chicken philly !! I loved it . Customer service was great when I walk up the older lady greeted me and asked what different size sub . Fresh fries and greeted when left . I will visit again for my lunch breaks .

ZERO STARS. After drinking my strawberry lemonade my daughter asked me what was in my drink. How disgusting to see a name tag in my drink. I couldn’t even eat my food, I threw everything away and felt so nauseous. I eat here often basically every time I go to Northlake Mall and now they’ve ruined that for me
