They seem to have an issue accommodating people with food allergies, and are extremely rude about it. Not to mention, rude to each other. A cook screamed ‘cashier’ at the lady running the register, rather than addressing her by her name. They made a whole scene in front of customers because my husband tried to correct them when they made our order wrong on Sunday.
How about I purchased a combo Philly Cheesesteak meal and the guy gave me a drink with no ice. I said, “Um, this drink is warm, can I get some ice?” The guy said, our ice machine is broke. Ok, but my drink is still warm. I was told to go and ask another vendor for ice. What? Maybe you should have let me know that you didn’t have cold drinks and I would have just purchased a drink from them in the 1st place. SMH?. Do better!
Attempted to eat there but they did not come out from the kitchen or open on time. By 11:15 am we left and found another place to eat.

As one of the very few places in Charlotte Premium Outlet to get a bite, the line will be quite long. However, the food will still be good quality and good value. Cashier really seemed like she hated life.
Went to have some lunch while doing some Christmas shopping. There were 3 workers present in the front, and even though the line was long, they all moved the orders efficiently and accurately. Upon ordering, I was given a warm greeting from the cashier, her name starts with a "S" but that made my day. After going around shopping at multiple stores she was the only one whom spoke to me first, and I took that to heart. I appreciated the staff that worked today, you can tell they take pride in their job, and I hope I was able to make a small blessing for them during the holidays. #payitforward
The customer service was not that great. I ordered a Philly cheese steak with extra onions and peppers but what I got was a plain cheese steak with no toppings. The line was getting busy so I didn't go back. I'll chalk it up as a learning experience. As you were.

I would not recommend you go to the food court.... they have roaches the side of mice crawling around the floors.... we did get a sandwich and it was prepared correctly... but the sight of the roaches just ruined it all
