Food was extremely overpriced for the quantity. The large cheese steak combo I bought was $20, and it had an unimpressively small sandwich. I've had better cheese steaks for less money many other places.
I came to this Charleys and had a not so great experience. I reached out about it and the General Manager Steve got in contact with me saying he would like the chance to make up for my previous visit. I came back another time and he remade my meal himself and it was great! Thank you so much for your great Customer Service!
South Park Mall Dining Pavilion Charley’s Philly steaks is ghetto!!
Ordered my normal philly cheesy but from a different location by way of Uber eats. The food was not even sealed closed. Definitely not eating this. This is something terrible. And I’m surprised that Uber eats allowed this. Where is quality customer service when you pay over priced amounts. South Park mall location is where this came from. I’m sorry but I will be calling their regional headquarters for a refund. As well as Uber eats.

Food is fairly good, but was better when this location was The Great Steak and Potato. Prices are high for the quality of food offered. Far better philly subs are sold in south Charlotte area Greek style family restaurants for right around the same prices as here, if not cheaper. Food preparation time here is slow in comparison to other restaurants in the SouthPark food court. Staff often seems overworked and unfriendly at times. Also, I won’t be writing to corporate or [email protected], as is suggested in the management’s response to many of the Google reviews for this restaurant, as I only post my reviews through this particular medium. Good restaurants can make positive changes based on a variety of review types other than those the management prefers to read.
