I have been supporting central coffee company on Louise Ave for quite a while and recently it has been terrible- the staff and the product. Every time I order it’s a wild card. They either take 45 minutes to make 2 lattes (literally 45 mins) and you have to remind them or they make it completely wrong or it’s bitter. It’s not worth it at all. This time in particular, my shots were sour AND the flavoring that I paid for wasn’t in it. I will not be back here.
There are a few people who make my Iced Chai, 3 Splenda, Light Ice.However, the Russian girl denied me service without a mask last time I came. Which was weird cus it isn't the store policy and most of th customers don't wear masks and employees to. So....Everyone else is crazy cool and always remember me. I love talking Spanish with the one kid - he knows all the words specific to Cubans. He saw me with my mask with h my flag on it and I think he learned them just for me. Great group of people and I love them dearly!Except the girl who denied me service without me mask ?
I don't know who makes y'all's blueberries scones but they smack. As for the coffee I really like your beans and I also like that you guys just always have dark roast ready. Staff is always polite and quick makes for a really great 2-minute stop on my way to school.
Every time I give this place another chance I remember why I never come here. Coffee is not good and they mess up my order almost every time. It’s also extremely overpriced compared to other shops. Go to summit coffee instead.
I come to Central Coffee Co every so often to treat myself and they always give great customer service and good coffee. I love how clean the place is and the prices are fair. Thank you Shay for the laugh this morning.
I am pretty easy when it comes ro my coffee. An Americano is my go to. I added lavender vanilla and a splash of almond milk this time.
Fun place and coffee very good here. Didn't have a mask but they gave me one.
Great place to study after 12pm. People rush the store for drinks and pastries in the am. But afterwards it's a great study environment.
Not educated staff. Rude behavior.I asked for a long espreso. They gave me short. I said this is not a long espresso and asked barista if he can make a long one. His response was : "this machine cannot make long espresso"Facts :1. He didn't tell me that in the first place.2. The machine CAN make any size of espresso. The barista was clearly lying to me. Bluntly!However, the coffee was good.One star because of the [email protected]#§ who work there.I would not recommend this place!
Be careful when ordering Chai Lattes here. You apparently need to be very clear as I was very surprised to get a dirty chai this morning when I hate coffee and never asked for coffee in anything. Parking lot is so small there was no point in trying to go back. In route to another place to get the chai I want.
