I love getting food at Cava when we are not in the mood to cook. Much healthier option than other places, reasonably priced, and the service is great too. We had Bella help us with our order and she did it with a smile, even as it took me a little time to decide what I wanted. Definitely will be back.
Great experience and I definitely love the concept! CAVA seems similar in concept to Chipotle but with a Mediterranean spin. The ingredients also seem to be elevated as well. I really love the food and drink options.I got the bowl with greens and grains and then added beef meatballs. I would have loved to get the lamb, but they were out at the time. The ample portion sizes provided enough food to be satisfied.The drinks were such a cool surprise— the sodas are all Maine Root organic. There are also a lot of non-soda/ flavored water options.Great job! I will definitely be back!
As a frequent patron of Cava, it is always refreshing to walk in and be greeted by smiling faces and a warm welcome. The staff is simply exquisite and the food is some of the best in the area. However, there was a young lady who served me today that particularly stood out. Jacquelyn was very thoughtful and attentive when I was ordering and even gave me some recommendations of which dressings would go well with my bowl. That attention to detail is what makes the Cava employees top notch. I would recommend Cava to anyone who wants delicious food and fast, friendly, and efficient service (also their selection of drinks is like no other).

I am a regular at Cava and whenever I go in, I am greeted by exceptional customer service. Elaina L is especially helpful as she has made my bowl the last 3 times I’ve gone in. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating, she will walk me all the way down the line to ensure no cross contamination ensues. Will definitely stay a regular because of this.

I had an amazing experience the food was good. But what really put it over the top was the great worker Natalie. She was kind to me and my group and very bubbly. She made the day better and us feel welcome. Natalie was phenomenal!
It's rare to find fresh whole foods but this place has that. I always ask for double protein but apart from that one bowl provides a healthy macronutrient ratio.The restaurant at every location I've been in the Charlotte area is clean. The bathroom at this place was the dirtiest I've experienced. BUT it's still cleaner than 95% of restaurant bathrooms.The service is always fast and friendly.
