Here's the thing, the food is absolutely delicious. However, I'm absolutely sick and tired of hit or miss with including the free extra pita OR the extra pita I paid extra for. When you do drive up, literally half the time they include it so the only way to know is by going in. When I asked last time at drive up if it was inside the order the gal goes "I don't know, you'll have to look inside." Really? There's nothing like paying a few extra dollars for a side of dip and then having no pita to dip it in. Other than that, absolutely delicious food.
This review is of the university location. I usually order curbside pickup from here and never have to wait longer than a couple of minutes. Ever staff member that I’ve encountered has been nice. I typically get the greens and grains bowl with honey harissa chicken. The vinaigrette is amazing and the pickled onions are as well.
I have a great first time experience. I got a bowl, the taste was fresh and light. The serving since was very fulfilling. Also a great selection to choose for vegetables and dips. A great healthy choice!
I REALLY like cava I can eat it everyday but THIS LOCATION needs to stop burning their food (I get the sweet potatoes). I get that it’s roasted sweet potatoes but no it’s not roasted it’s burnt. Nobody wants that burnt taste in their food. BTW I go here every week and it’s like the everytime I go. Other than that I recommend.
Best restaurant in University! Clean, fast, great service, and delicious food! Healthy and hearty. I’ll be back every week. Get a bowl; you won’t regret!
This was a really filling meal for not that much money. I thought it tasted great, and it didn't take very long to receive.However, BE WARNED: the water button on the fountain drinks box is actually club soda. If you want water, there's a tap with a blue push bar just past the lemonade drinks... and it looks like club soda should come out.
I went here for the first time today. I told the lady helping me I was new to this establishment. She was not friendly and did little to help me decide what to get. My bowl was okay. Think if the customer service was better I would have given you 4 stars. Not sure I'd go back.
Cava is falling off!! Went a few weeks ago burnt Brussels … nastySaid I’d give it one more try today and hard lentil seeds….Almost broke my tooth ?? could have took it back to the store but I live across town… what a inconvenience… it’s over for Cava for me and I’m sad cause I loved them
If you show up with children, you will get child size portions at the full cost of the meal. This was not enough food to feed my 10 year old. It was only half full and I kept asking if they could add more rice or something, but they wouldn’t without charging extra.
This location has the best staff! RJ was the employee helping me. He was so nice and educated me on all of the food items. Everyone was pleasant and worked well together! They were helpful to me explaining what was dairy free. I will definitely be coming back!
