Had the baby back ribs that fall off the bone. The onion straws are amazing! Great server too! Would eat here again. Get the onion straws, they are the best breading and the flavor is out of this world!Visited again a few weeks later and Liz was an amazing server!
I had an amazing lunch from here today! The staff was friendly and attentive. Its a great atmosphere and they have a nice pool table to play on! For an appetizer I got the spinach dip and honestly I could have had this on its own as a meal!The Buffalo chicken wrap was delicious and didn't fall apart when eating it. Their ranch is homemade and sooo good! They also have some of the best fries around. They had a great selection of Beer but I went with a mixed drink instead, which was refreshing and perfectly made! I didn't have any room for dessert so the next time I go I will try something and i look forward to shooting some games of pool with my friends! I highly recommend going! 10 out of 10
Watched back kitchen staff prepping food with no gloves. Spoke with the manager who stated that he has tried to get staff to comply with wearing gloves while cooking but but if they are washing their hands often then the need for gloves isn’t really necessary. I was somewhat skeptically on the cleanliness of this restaurant before but now it’s pretty definite.
Great food and service!! My gf and I shared an Artisan 5 Cheese Spinach Dip and it was phenomenal. She ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and I had a Philly Cheesesteak. She is a very picky eater and loved everything she tried. Our server, Kim (K mama), was very personable and excelled at her job! We’ll definitely be back.
We went to the Ale House Wednesday night food was good but had very poor service from our server. Did not bring out all our order until we ask her we’re the rest of the order was. Had to flag her down to get refills on drinks. Then flag her down again to obtain ticket so that we could pay bill. Will have to think hard before returning or recommending to anyone base on service. Just spoke to manager very nice said they will work to correct the problems therefore would change to a 4 stars
This place is decent. The staff are generally nice. The food always comes out hot. However they are extremely slow (which may be staffing and I understand that) and the food is always lacking flavor. It's good it's just not as good as it costs.We've gone a couple times. Tonight we split 12 wings and some spinach dip. It was fine. It just wasn't great. It's a solid place if you want to watch sports and eat standard bar food. But that's about it.
I am a server so I get it.. but really? Took 30 minutes to be seated which I understand not a big deal. Server wasn’t happy we got sat in her section. Took 15 minutes to get 2 waters ordered food and took over an HOUR. She came over and apologized and said she would bring chips which I was grateful for and thanked her but she never came back until the food came. My friend got a chicken sandwich that had no flavor. And I got the 12oz ribeye that was thinner then my finger overcooked and was mainly fat. They also forgot my mushrooms that was supposed to come with. The only thing I was some what satisfied with was the mashed potatoes.
Service is fair, food decent. Good place to come with large group or to watch sporting events. Parking at night is challenging because Waverly has a large number of dining options. I do not drink alcohol and covid staffing levels are certainly impacting service, but checking on your guests should not be asking too much.
The bar and food place to go to. The Bartenders Cece and Christin is the best. They have the right sight to make you have a great time.
Awful experience here at a restaurant we typically enjoy. Restaurant was nearly empty on a Friday afternoon. Took over an hour to get food for 4 people. The waiter kept saying “the food should be right out.” Over 3 times we were told this. When it came out it was incorrect. We didn’t have time to wait for it to be corrected and asked for the item to be removed from our bill. It was, however, upon check out and checking our bank account after, we were charged over $75 for 4 meals. Nearly double what our receipt said. Called to speak to manager and he refunded our bill not the other $45 that was an overcharge. Can’t anyone get anything right? Disappointing and we will not be back. Beware. They do not have the staff to manage and run this restaurant properly.
