Food was terrific. I got the BBQ Mahi tacos and my wife got the Honey Soy Glazed Salmon Tacos and they both were delicious. We also had the shrimp and Crab dip - and it was great. Service was excellent. We had Brooke W. as our server and she was terrific. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, great personality. I'd recommend this to everyone - you should stop in here and eat if you are in Charlotte. You won't regret it!
CBT Ballantyne is my favorite place to eat. The staff feel like friends to me and the food is always great!
Best Baja style tacos in Charlotte. Highly recommended. Either location is great but NoDa will always be the OG. BBQ Mahi Mahi tacos are the best, but I've never had a bad dish.
Celebrated a friend’s birthday tonight and he wanted to introduce us to this place. Absolutely delicious. Friendly staff, very fun atmosphere, great overall experience.
Decided to try this place today. Short review: Good fish and shrimp tacos, clean place, polite servers… rude hostessFood was good and our server was very nice. Portions are a good size and prices are reasonableOnly problem is the “hostess” was not polite. We got there and all but one of the outdoor tables was occupied; we sat and instead of being welcomed she proceeded to tell me that next time I had to check inside first before sitting outside, in case another big party showed up (there were 7 of us).According to another staff member if you choose to sit outside you can take any available table…
I got here on a hot day. Indoors was very cool. Service was fast. My grilled salmon taco was delicious. And the prices were fair. I will definitely return.
I planned a retirement party for a co-worker at the Ballantyne Cabo Fish Taco this past week. The manager, Allen, was so accommodating and professional. He continued to follow up with me leading up to the date of the party and made sure everything was set up when we arrived. The server, Jael, was amazing. I cannot say enough about her. She never missed a beat and remained calm and professional at all times, even though she was dealing with a rowdy group of 20 people all asking for drinks and food at the same time. Not only was the service great, the food was delicious, as well! Thank you to Allen and Jael for making the party a success! I highly recommend this establishment and will be back again and again.
Enthusiastic staff, great food, nice atmosphere. Water bowls on the patio for well behaved four paw customers, I suppose. Saw staff pick one up a few tables away! Great beer and wine selection. My superpower is to pick the best thing on the menu, which was Rasta Pasta here. Our super server, Spencer, said that very thing as I ordered it, confirming I'd indeed picked the best thing out. I ordered a side fish taco and that also was tasty and plenty big. My other companions had Sweet Tuna Salad, and Two tacos Blackened Mahi Mahi and Grilled Salmon, maybe a close 2nd and 3rd best thing on the menu. My beverage was a craft draft called All Night Long. We will return soon!
The food and service here is INCREDIBLE!!!!! We visit here every time we come into Charlotte. Wish there was one close to our home!!!! MUST GO!
