I walked in a placed my order. I was greeted and everyone was nice. I didn’t wait long for my order. The cashier was awesome. He was very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend the Cotswold location. When I arrived home my bagels were still hot and they tasted great. No complaints here and I will be returning.

They are kind of rude and inconsiderate when it comes to DoorDash pick ups. One of the guys working caught an attitude and yelled at a Dasher. Not a terrible place but they have to do WAY better when it comes to DoorDash! Our time is valuable as well and we are actually working under a deadline to deliver. But of course that’s none of their concern

This was our first visit to any bruegger's bagels. It was a pretty sad one. The guy helping us just seemed like he couldn't be bothered, which made us feel stupid since it was our first time ordering here. We ordered one bagel off the menu and didn't get any of the toppings, just cream cheese meat and egg. Both of us felt that the sausage and egg were old and lacking in flavor. The hashbrowns we got were so stuck to the paper that you had to throw half of it away, because you were only able to eat the middle part. The only thing that made it decent was not getting charged for the hashbrowns, and the hazelnut coffee was so so delicious. We live 3 minutes away from Cotswold, so it was super disappointing that this isn't something we will be able to consider a breakfast option. I'd rather spend the money to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich at Starbucks.

First, I have been coming here for 10+ years- never had a bad experience. That was until my boyfriend and I purchased a bagel last week and found some sort of plastic bread tie within the cream cheese on his sandwich. We understand that mistakes happen, so all we wanted was to receive compensation for the bagel. However, when we went the next day to notify them of what happened, a few employees (and the manager) acted very unprofessionally. No “sorry”, only “huh” and “hmm”… One of them actually said “Well I’ve been here for 10 years and I’ve never seen that happen” okay? What are you implying? I love this place but the costumer service is obviously lacking. It would be helpful if you didn’t treat your customers with disbelief and ask them for proof of the error when it is literally a $5 mistake

Bruegger's Bagels, a nice place that advertises "New York" Bagels, I come here a few times for coffee and a Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwhich but today I did the same but the difference was that I ordered online and also ordered bagels for the rest of my family, we included cream cheese in them of course, I went in and grabbed our bag and got two green tea's I mixed everyone's coffee to their liking and went home, but, once I got home I looked in the bag, we got our bagels but uh oh, there was a problem, there was no CREAM CHEESE, we decided that they shouldn't eat them and I was sent out to get Cream Cheese, I came home and enjoyed our sadly cold bagels, we never called, nothing, I at least enjoyed my Bacon Egg & Cheese, this place is good but make sure that if you do an online order, LOOK IN THE BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

I came in today for the first time so I wasn't sure where to order. I walked up to the register and was starting to order so the lady over behind the counter rudely told me to come order with her. She was the most unpleasant person I have come in contact with in a while. I gave her my order and she didn't say a word, just had a rude look on her face. So when it was ready she just nodded at me and I said thank you and again she didn't say a word she just walked away. As I was paying the guy behind the register must have noticed how awful she was because he said sorry about that. Her name was Jasmine, someone needs to talk to her about her attitude. Also, my bacon on the bagel was all fatty. I will not be back here.

The girl with the poofy hair behind the counter is extremely condescending and disrespectful. She messed up my order, and had the nastiest attitude when she was told to re-make it. She made the second order even worse burning the bagel and not putting any cream cheese, clearly done on purpose. Management should keep her in the back where there's no customer interaction if they want to keep customers. Kim is sweet, and was embarrassed and tried to apologize on her behalf. Gladly never returning to this location again!

got a bagel from the Cotswold location. There was RAW meat in my bagel.. I’ve been trying to call to get a refund to no avail!! I can’t believe it! Bruggers has always been my place to go for food, but now I definitely will have to look at my bagels twice.
