I've been to this location as a Doordasher and I hate it every time. The store may not even be busy, but no one asks if you need assistance or who you are there for. They just look up, see you, and go on about their day. I don't believe I would make it a habit to come into a restaurant and stand near the mobile order table for 10+ minutes without reason. I would be fine with the lack of assistance if orders were ready every once in a while or employees would at least greet you when you come in. I've read other reviews saying other locations are great. I'll have to see as a customer once day.
*** Update 4/29: response from owner was a goose chase. Don't waste your time.Original post:In what universe is this a "shmear" of cream cheese? I was the only customer and there were three employees behind the counter. I've never had a bruegger's order this bad and I've been a fan for decades. Thanks for ruining the treat I splurged on. >> Update: I saw the link in another review response so I already submitted the same feedback there. To be fair, it's Easter weekend so I don't expect a response until next week. Will update if the company responds. >> Update 2: it's been a week since I followed the manager's instructions in the response (see other responses too) and it hasn't even been acknowledged.
we ordered 2 bagels super fast super cheap n super delicious.... also u hve to try the hash browns
It's a nice spot and I like the atmosphere, but the bathrooms were scary and the electrical sockets are falling out of the walls.
a pitiful and sad amount of schmear. all bagel no taste of cream cheese, it made me cry

Super cool place. The bagels where good as always and my bacon egg and cheese was great. The Caribou Coffee that’s also in the store was a nice touch. It’s well decorated as well
My bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon/lox with capers and onions was decent. Definitely not NYC deli style. My favorite treat came from the Caribou Coffee directly beside Brueggers. Great combo but the wait is high on Sunday mornings for both.
Bagels were good. The set up that separate coffee from Bagels seems chaotic.
Claire and Aaron are awesome!I come here several times a week during my breaks from work and I’m satisfied every time. The ingredients have a consistently good quality and they always get my order correct.The lines do get long and sometimes seem to move slowly, but given the size of the shop and the size of some of the orders, I’m not sure what else could be done to alleviate this.
