It was a good experience with food and to go staff. I ordered online. It was quick and easy. My order was ready when I came. Would have given 5 star if the pizza was hot.
I had high hopes for Brooklyn Pizza given the reviews but the pizza was unforgettable. They put a good amount of cheese but it tasted like cheep quality. The sauce was very bland and tasteless.

Bad customer service from the older lady who works in the front. I went in to pick up a Togo order and spent $17 for spaghetti with meat sauce. I asked for a water and was given water in a paper cup with ALUMINUM FOIL top. Completely trashy especially when I clearly see clear cups with tops. But oh no… those are only for beverages that cost. I’m sorry but if any restaurant is this cheap on food costs. I wonder what other ways are they saving money. I asked the lady for a top and said no. She has to follow the rules. Common sense ain’t so common. And will never return to a place that doesn’t serve their customers to there fullest capacity. Way to many pizzarias in Charlotte to be treated like trash. Brooklyn Pizza parlor step your game up!
Lucy and Maddie should never be left in charge. They don’t have the skill or the qualifications to hold the title of manager. Beside their inability to manager the health inspector should be called in to witness the lack of sanitation being followed by staff. I told them my pizza was cold, they told me to bring it back in and they would reheat it for me! Was that a joke??? If I order something from a business , please be aware that I have every intention of paying for it!!$ I don’t want it for free. I want quality products and service!!!!!
Been a long time customer of this place but I'm done with them after my most recent experience with them for an $80 delivery order. I ordered through their own website but apparently they use DoorDash for delivery. After waiting 90 minutes for my order and then getting a message asking me how my experience was, I was surprised since I had never gotten the order. When I called Brooklyn, they tell me it's out of their hands and there's nothing they can do.Maybe if you are going to allow people to order through your own website but then contract with another company for delivery services, you should take some ownership of the delivery service at least try to help track down the order and see what happened. Oh, and the kicker is to get my refund, I have to now deal with DoorDash customer service.Thanks for nothing and congrats on losing a good customer.
I'm a Brooklyn, NY native and this is the closest thing you will find to authentic NY Pizza down here in our lovely queen city. Great garlic knots too!
Just noticed this place on my way to see a friend last night. Decided to stop in and try it for dinner. The pizza was delicious! Got the Hawaiian. Friendly staff and good service.
Amazing and authentic Italian food. The new York style pizza js amazing. We drove from Ballantyne just for the pizza and garlic bread.
Loved it. We moved to Charlotte from Brooklyn and this slice transported us to a corner pizza shop. Classic, great NY pizza. Glad we found this. Too bad it took 3 years and a lot of trying.
