Very poor product. Dry tasteless wings.And, the manager, Alex spoke with me in a very rude way when I inquired a week later about the refund he told me had issued the week before.Unless you want dry tasteless chicken with a side of confrontational management steer clear.
Server never asked how the food was. Maybe because he got cut 10 mins after we got there and was trying to get out & complete sidework? Still no excuse..We spoke to the manager about how one of the pizzas tasted. (Asked them if they changed the BBQ sauce didn't taste like how it used to & we told him we didn't like it. All he said is I'm sorry. At least offer a different one or half off... Not looking for free food, I know times are crazy right now but at least they could of tried to fix it. So it ended up in the trash at home. Will I be back? Maybe for take out. But I'd recommend the Fort Mill location over this one anyday and I've only been there twice.
Wait staff was very nice, and came over to our table and asked; “How’s the food, tasty?” I appreciate that she came over to ask, but couldn’t bring myself to tell her that the pizza’s were mediocre at best. Sauce on my wife’s pizza seemed like canned tomato paste, the crust was ok. I had the margherita pizza, there was no tomato sauce on it. It’s typical chain style food. So far most restaurant’s here in Charlotte are inconsistent, hit and miss, mostly a miss.
Great place, great food, great atmosphere and the service is outstanding. Definetly check them out.
Wonderful lunch at Brixx in Blakeney. I was excited to have so many vegan/vegetarian options that don't compromise on taste, not to mention they have vegan cheese options, hard to come by even in a pretty vegan friendly world. Delicious, quiet, ample seating available at 1pm on a teacher workday. Highly recommend to vegans/vegetarians/omnivores, kids ?
Siracha honey with sausage is yummmers!! Nice beer selection as well.

Been here a few times. Tonight was the 2nd time that we were ignored in favor of other patrons. There were two in my party; low maintenance and easy. We knew what we wanted. Sadly the staff chose to serve the patrons who came in AFTER us. Those patrons didn’t look like me; just makes me wonder…we won’t be returning to this location…I recommend that y’all check out the Brixx’s on Fairview Road (Brixx Foxcroft). We’ve been there a couple times and have had much better experiences. It’s clean, the staff is nice and -most importantly - don’t profile us based on our looks.
Great Pizzas at this place, but I'll never be back. The service is awful. I have given this place too many chances. Take-out - expect to build in extra time when you go to collect because it will not be ready, even after 40 mins. This evening we went to eat. 20 mins passed by and we walked out...no one had even taken our drinks order. We are not even talking about a busy evening. The problem is there are too many kids working here that have zero initiative. "This is my section, and these are not my customers" mentality. Complete garbage.
The thai Chicken was amazing and the Arugula Salad was Delicious!! And the margarita was very good!
