Nice atmosphere and great place to have a Sunday brunch. Food was delicious and well priced. If you are sitting outside you can bring your dog but please have control over it. Service is a little challenging if crowded.
You can never go wrong visiting Brazwells when Chloe is working in the bar! Excellent customer service. Will definitely make me a repeat customer!
We have been consistent customers for over 3 yeara. Tonight was the absolute worst service I had ever experienced in a restaurant. I asked one the waitresses if there was any table available. Her answer was "wherever you can". Few minutes later, I reported to her that i found a table outside but chairs were wet. She said " oh well ". My wife and I we managed to seat ourselves. For about 45 minutes, noone came to attend us. Several waitresses kept going back and fprth to other tables completely ignoring us. We got up and left.This place should be banned from the service industry.
Love the back patio, gorgeously built around the trees. Fun trivia on Wednesdays. Really good service and atmosphere. Salads were both incredible value (massive amount of salmon for the price on the salmon salad). Fairly priced wines and a unique cocktail list.
Nice place and clean. Very friendly workers. Unfortunately I order buffalo wings and they were so hard it was very difficult to eat. Most of it was put in the ?. The French fries were very good. Some food should not be precooked and if it is don't cook it until all the juice is removed and we the customer must try to eat this so call food. I will go back but will never order the buffalo wings.
Brazwells… Wow, wow, wow. Talk about the staff. Dead eyes, zero service, avoids customers at all costs. Bouncer is a joke. Watching tv on his phone and did not even check our IDs. Front desk??? Do they have someone as a host/hostess? Doesn’t seem like it. Wait staff? Also NO. Left us unattended and no one came to clean the table we were standing at for 15min after someone left. Literally right at the entrance, no excuses for the poor treatment. So, moved to the bar. Can’t go wrong there, right??? WRONG. Asked the bartender if they still served food. She had us wait 10 minutes before responding and told us now they only offered starters… since it was 10 minutes after midnight. Please note, the establishment was NOT crowded at all. Very small number of guests. So we were ready to order our chips and dip and waited 20 additional minutes while making uncomfortable eye contact and trying to wave the bartender down, even though she was less than 4 ft away and ignoring us. Walked by us and pretended to be looking at a receipt. Total joke of an establishment. Terrible service, terrible staff, terrible EVERYTHING. Please don’t support this lame excuse for a bar/restaurant.
Food was good. Environment is great. Would recommend for any time of the day.
I havent been here in a while so it was definitely nice to see the changes. The food was DELICIOUS I'm talking smack ya mama good!!!! I Loved everything I ordered... Blackened Chicken Salad Mac n Cheese and sweet potato fries... Yes yes yes!!!! My sis and I sat a while enjoying the space and food immensely. Will surely return! Dope vibes. Parking was straight.
French & onion dip appetizer with house-made chips were fantastic. The Buffalo wings were average-the sauce was thin/runny but still tasty
Monique was absolutely fantastic. Her customer service and attentiveness was refreshing! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!
