This location doesn't deserve a star. The entire staff from Thursday night needs to be terminated, including the manager. I have never in my 64 yrs experience the level of disrespect I received from this restaurant. I have reported this location and situation to higher management, including BBB.
Wanted a different dinner option tried Boston Market. Although I ordered in advance the food was not ready at the designated time. I had to wait and go inside to assist with moving the order along. I just think they were short staff and busy. Food was good otherwise.
This place needs to be closed down… ASAP… They never have anything ready. The manager proceeded to fix my food after coming from who knows where without washing his hands or putting gloves on. I had to ask him too. The customer service was terrible a bunch of kids who could careless what was available or if more would be available before they closed, 3 hrs later. It’s like they rather you say never mind. Will not be spending another penny in this place. IF I COULD GIVE IT A NO STAR I WOULD
It's drive through only and the chicken was dry. They only have bacon BBQ and a few sides so call ahead and ask head if they have fresh or what just might be or not be on the menu. It's was not worth 38.61 for two meals
Absolutely terrible. After arriving in line and no one was there, we waited for 20 literal minutes for our food that was gross. We watched as 4 people stood around and the same girl that took the order was forced to multitask until patrons came into the lobby, which the made everyone else move…. The entree salad bowl wouldn’t close, so they just stacked the other food on top to try to hold it down and the side salads lettuce was hot… Not to mention, this is the quality of the tomato on a sandwich.. just sloppy and unappetizing.Hadn’t been here in years, and apparently this is why… I won’t ever be back, that’s for sure.

Never again. I have been going to this location for a couple of years and I visited today and it was not a good experience. The cashier seemed to have a non challant demeanor with no emotion at all. Almost like we were inconvenience for even being there. The food was not good and they changed their garlic and herb chicken to now including breadcrumbs on top which made it dry and not appealing. It the chicken normally has brown roasted skin and the skin was pale as hell. Questionable to even eat. I spent $30 on a meal that neither me now my family could enjoyed. We picked at everything we had and I didnt even bother to tell the cashier because I'm sure she wasn't gonna help us. We won't be back
I placed an online order on 2/20/2022 at 6:54pm for a Turkey Meal for 4 and an additional rotisserie chicken. My family and I had just returned from a funeral in Michigan and didn’t feel like cooking, but wanted a home-style cooked meal. Bear in mind that we drove 30 minutes, so the food was projected to be ready when we arrived; however, there was no food to be eaten on this night. We waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru and waited another 10 before my wife and I decided to go in. Let’s do some math here…30min drive + 15min wait in drive-thru + 10min wait at the window = 55mins of patience and effort for ZERO compensation.The manager, who refused to give her full name, informed us that they didn’t have any turkey available, nor were they expecting any, and there is a 30min wait on the rotisserie chicken. She offered us meatloaf and sides, or a refund…we opted for the refund. At which point she gave a blank stare and printed out the receipt and handed it to us. Puzzled, my wife asked for the refund, not just the receipt, and we were told that we had to call corporate in order to obtain a refund. Okay…we asked for corporate’s number, to which she called out 877-3-Boston. My wife asked that she wrote the number down on the back of the receipt, her name as the manager, and include a statement indicating we are due a refund. The manager stated that she didn’t have to give us her name and wrote the number and the word refund on the back of the receipt. Seeing the decline of social graces, I asked how do we address her when we call corporate and she told us we can call her Ty G. I called the number to find out that it is an internal support number for BM franchises and employees. The analyst was nice and informed me that the Area Director or General Manager approves refunds and gave me the Guest Contact Center number to call and initiate the process. I called the GCC TWICE, with no answer, and left a message both times. I, then, called the store asking to speak with Ty, who rushed me off the phone saying to call the support number and abruptly hanging up. In an effort to get this resolved, I called the store earlier in the day and spoke with a very helpful young lady that introduced herself as the assistant manager. She advised me on 4 occasions that the manager would be calling me back to resolve this issue…to no avail. She told me, once, that the Area Director, Mr. White, would be there on a Thursday and give me a call. I called back on that following Friday, and she informed me that she can no longer help me as she is getting on the manager’s nerves advocating for me. And with that, I have not had ANY assistance in retrieving the monies that I spent for food not received.It is now 3/13/2022, and I haven’t been able to reach anyone for the return of my money, $70.95, for food I didn’t get to enjoy. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant. If the culture of a business is driven from the top-down, then this place is a festering cesspool of unprofessionalism, poor character, ethical degradation, and fork tongued wickedness and lies…beginning with Ms. Green. My next step is contacting the State Attorney General’s Office and Health Department.
I waited 15min in the drive thru. Then came inside to try and get food. They didnt have what i wanted. The young man Maurice was playing around and took another 10min to get my food. Maurice let the chicken sit on the courner for 5min while he pranced around and barely was helping other customers.
I was super hungry , so I placed an order on online arrived & had to wait for 20 minutes. Free I just drove 25 minutes to get there. My meal haven’t even got prepared at all. They were not busy at all. 2 cars in the drive thru & me who was inside. Watch the guy prepare my mash potatoes WITH OUT ANY GLOVES. His fingers got into my mash potatoes as he processed to throw it out wash his hands, and get gloves. Finally when he prepared the order...I see another female doing the same thing. It was very dirty at this location. Wouldn’t go again!
