I tried Bonzai for the first time and it was amazing! I had the spicy beef basil Thai fried rice (not sure if that’s in the correct order) and the crème brûlée cheesecake. The food was full of flavor, fresh, and hot. The employee taking my order was also very nice and helpful with explaining the menu over the phone. They have definitely earned my business!
Woah. Phenomenal phenomenal food. Perfect level of spice. Perfect flavor. Drunken noodles. Wow. Thank you for this food! So good!!!!!
Had the yellow chicken curry, summer rolls, and garlic tofu stir fry. All of them were excellent. Will definitely eat here again.
I rate 5 stars if your service and food is great. But when I say this place is extra special and deserves a 6th star, I really mean that. The food looks, smells, and tastes amazing! The staff are kind and attentive. And the owners are special. This place deserves your attention and is now my favorite Thai place in the city.
Never rated any restaurant but this time had to due to my frustration and really traumatized after. Orders# 1: Papaya salad - it doesn’t taste like papaya salad. My daughter and I thought this food must be rotten after first scoop. Too much fish sauce? Almost asked the server but out of respect we did not touched it after. 2: Pad Thai - very soggy doesn’t taste like as pad Thai. 3: Thai spring roll - sauce vey basic as well. Nothing palatable from that place. Food cook must know what authentic food should taste like as anyone should expect going into this kind of restaurant. Server was very nice though.
First trip and we look forward to returning! Excellent food and the staff is extraordinary!
Had fried spring rolls and Pad Se Ew. The Spring rolls tasted like they came out of abox and they were partially burned. The only soy sauce they had was the stuff in packets that is like water. After asking the finally brought some from the kitchen. I should have left then knowing it was not an authentic Thai restraunt but i waited for my order of Pad Se Ew. I should have went with my gut and left. The dish was spicy but had very little taste. Had to ask to have my water refilled too.Pick another Thai place if you are looking for good Thai food. This is not the place.
My favorite dish is the Mee Crop! It’s absolutely the best Thai dish I’ve ever had! Love the different spice levels-I normally get a 6. To add shrimp is $4.50 extra & this additional cost isn’t listed so you won’t know until you get there ready to pay! The pickup times can be extremely long, even when there are limited people in the restaurant! Recently, a cashier was extremely rude to me once. And honestly the cashiers at the pickup counter don’t have the best customer service. The food is really good though!
Stopped for dinner on our drive to Savannah. We got the Drunken Noodles with shrimp. Very disappointed. Very few noodles and they were over cooked and soggy. Shrimp was over cooked and tough. Staff pleasant and friendly. Wine was good.
We have been regularly getting take out from Bonzai and have found its the only place near us that has been consistent in the delicious food and service they provide throughout the pandemic. Maybe order a little ahead of time on busy nights but no matter what you're food will be fantastic!
