Exceptionally Clean Exceptionally Dedicated Exceptionally Fast and Accurate. Hot fresh and always delicious. This location has a staff that is lead by one of the most profound leaders ever. His name is Gary and please believe me when I say. That you will be shocked at the speed and accuracy that he has this team operating at. Even when it's busy Gary and his crew seem to always be ready willing and able to make my dinning experience nothing short of perfect. The drive thru seems to move at lighting speed. My wait time seems to never exceed more than a minute or two. The beverages are always perfect the biscuits are always fresh and the chicken is always hot. This location has drastically improved over the past year or two. The outside of the store is clean and I have never seen any amount of debris or trash within the parking lot. I will always wait until I'm on Statesville Rd to frequent this Bojangles location. Keep up the great work.
I would like to thank the fine folks at the Bojangles location on Statesville Road in North Charlotte for forgetting to put the steak biscuit I ordered in the bag with my other items. This is the last time I frequent your location. The last ten times I have gone to your restaurant, 7 of my orders have been goofed up in some way by simple negligence or an employee not caring. I'm disappointed.
Very very clean store and bathroom. Very fast service. I can only review the biscuits, beans and string beans. They were good and a different taste, but I didn't feel hunger satisfied. It was an interesting dessert?
Went through the drive through and got the bacon chicken sandwich combo. What a nice experience. I couldn't have made the sandwich any better, and the fries were hot and crispy. The crew was working as a team and helping each other. Very impressive. It was about 2:00 this afternoon. It's hardtop get people to work together like that.Thank you to the whole team.
Drove to the Statesville Avenue location March 27 at 9:40pm and no one was taking orders, drove to the window and still was hard to get anyones attention. Finally, someone said they were closed. Interesting given they actually close at 10:00pm.So Drove to the North Tryon location at 9:50. Same thing. Drove to the window, except this time 2 employees ran from the window laughing. Peeking around the corner to see if I was still there. One looked to be the manager.I get it, everyone wants to get off work early. But the lack of professionalism and maturity is laughable. Grow up fellas. Bojangles, hire adequate employees.
The manager was friendly and helpful. Our food was hot and fresh. The Bo Sauce is so good! I recommend definitely trying it!
Came here after leaving the one on Sugar Creek. I am SO glad I left the other one and came here. Pleasant young man at the register! They were even running a special! I got the family meal, and food was delicious!
I ordered the #13 with season fries and Cajun pintos. The fries were great cajun pintos we're hot as well. My chicken was lukewarm.
I spent $6.81 on what I thought was a Cajun filet biscuit. I got a supreme on a biscuit and half filled hard overly seasoned fries.
