I generally like eating from Blaze pizza. Today I ordered Caesar salad in my order and while I started eating I realized there was an insect in the salad. I had to throw away the whole salad entree. I feel disgusting now even looking at the other things in the order due to the unhygienic condition in which they might have kept everything. I will never be ordering food from Blaze pizza again ever.
I love Blaze Pizza, but today was the worst experience I have ever had at the UNC- Charlotte location. They were ridiculously slow. No one looked remotely interested in working. We had four people with us and they did not put our pizza’s in at the same time. They all came out 10-15 minutes or more apart. We arrived at 12 pm and did not all get our pizza’s until after 1 pm. When we came in, there were only four people in front of us. When we complained, a female said, “Don’t bother complaining!” I will not be going back to this location.
This place has always been one of my go-tos. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was so disappointed yesterday.The guy who was making my pizza (apparently new) did not know what he was doing. He put the wrong stuff on my pizza and was not following instructions at all. He wasn’t even looking at me and appeared to be having the worst day of his life. I wasn’t done adding toppings on my pizza and he suddenly brought it to the oven.Please make sure new employees are trained enough and know how to follow instructions.
They've lost a long time customer. I'm a believer in personal choice and freedom. When there's no mandate but the business requires customers mask up, I'll find another business to give my money to. I took notes during the plandemic. Any business who didn't want my money without a mask, will never get my money again.
Tonight (2/26) was the first time myself and my family have eaten here. First of all, the whole staff is amazing. Attentive, engaging and so helpful, front start to finish. It's refreshing to see them actually smiling and enjoying their jobs. The pizza was the best I have had in a long while. I hope I run into this staff again at our next visit. And there will be a next visit!
Always a place I would go to eat. There’s a young lady cutting/slicing the pizza at the end with a major attitude. It took everything not to call her out directly but I didn’t because I can hear another couple really upset at the same young lady. Just major attitude slamming people ‘s food before she hands them back to customers. I was there around 920-930 before they closed. You may need to talk to her or maybe your entire staff about presentation when giving food back to paying customers. Please talk to her before someone else does. Short young lady with major attitude wearing a red mask slamming customers food like she’s crazy.
I love Blaze Pizza and go to this location pretty often. However, they put dairy cheese on my cheesy bread when I asked for vegan. I've ordered this option twice, and this is the first time it has happened. I understand that this was a mistake, but please be careful when ordering vegan options at this location. I would like a refund, or at least an apology.
Great pizza. I ordered Veg out. It was very good. The customer service could be more focused on the customer. The workers weren't rude, but more focus on each other. Looking forward to trying another pizza.
I went in for a delivery order and was told to leave I did not have a mask on since they did not offer masks in the store. The situation got so heated that an armed man held me at gטnpiמt in the parking lot for a mask to get into blaze pizza. I pleaded with him, telling him I did not have one either but he shotted me in my middle toe and caused me have to go to the hospital. My beloved middle toe had to be severed and I have not been able to walk normally on my own since. I live my life in a wheelchair because you couldn’t just offer one singular mask. The pizza was gas tho ?
Really good if you like undercook pizza. I have ate a handful of times and ask them to please cook my pizza longer but each time the crust is chewy and cheese is half melted.
