Blaze is delicious!!This location specifically hasn't given me a hard time ever. I've only been to this location 3 times but all 3 times, it has been great. Most recently, I came here 2 weeks ago to make use of my Pi-day coupon, and I am so thankful we waited til the end of the month, because I've heard that on Pi-day and the week of, that it was absolutely chaotic. We went in around 7 pm and there were only a few people ahead of us. I got a regular dough pizza with pesto on the crust, red sauce, and a bunch of different veggie toppings. The staff was gracious with the amount of toppings they had put on my pizza, and I am thankful! I added a few sauces on top & a few on the side, and my pizza turned out to be absolutely freaking DELICIOUS. It was so good. I had some leftover and ate it for lunch the next day, and it was just as good.Definitely recommend!!
If you want to pay for pizza and rude employees.. this is the perfect place for you. As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you feel like you are bothering the staff . It’s like a problem for them to work. I had the worst experience and the team lead looked drugged/drunk.. so she was no help at all. A young male employee tried to help us but the girl taking the order started laughing at us. We have never been so mistreated.Save yourself the trip and go to the Korean BBQ place instead.
We love Blaze Pizza. Awesome to have answered allergy friendly option whenever we visit a city where Blaze Pizza is.Blaze does a great job with Gluten allergy and vegan cheese. A really tasty pizza and prepared safely.Also great "normal" Pizzas! Tasty topping options.We have tried Blaze in 3 cities and it's been great and consistent everywhere.
We've been going to this place for several years. It was awesome finding a vegan cheese pizza, since last year, it's been going downhill! The staff has changed, not friendly at all. They act like it's a problem having to fix my pizza, which it's their Job! So sad for me to say this, But I hate this location now. It's a great location, I will be looking for another place to have my pizza! When your in a service industry, there needs to be a certain kind of attitude. Not a thug-ish look, with the staff hats turned to the side, pants pulled down past their butts, staff giving cigs to other staff or friends coming in or having one in the ear! As a business owner myself, it shocks me to see this. People can be who they are, But not in a Service Industry Environment. There is a Time and Place for everything. I feel it's the hiring managers responsible to hire people with drive. Not just because we've been through a Pandemic and you need help. Giving One Star is still too good to give, really half or no star. The pizza is still good, but it takes the whole experience to make me come back.
Pizza was very oily and messy!! Doesn’t look like it was in the oven long at all. I had an online order & was on lunch to pick my pizza up. Was very disappointed I wasted my time on this!!!
It's normally pretty good, maybe the oven was too hot this time around considering the bottom was too dark for my liking and taste. However I'll continue to go because I enjoy a good fire grilled pizza maybe I'll just be sure to tell them not too dark lol
Super unfriendly. The older white lady does not seem like she enjoys her job at all,there was a young lady wearing a bonnet and consistently leaning on a cooler, lean in the back out of guest view. The only consistently productive and outgoing friendly individual was the short person with the locs. She was exceedingly attentive, had a smile and greeted me!the pizza was delicious, just the guest services just weren't greatest.
I'm surprised how adamant this location is at refusing customers 10+ minutes before they close. This is the second and last time I try grabbing a simple pizza at Blaze Pizza.I understand wanting to get ahead on your cleaning duties as an employee and wanting to get off, but refusing customers 10+ minutes before your posted closing time is unfair. Especially when the pizzas take such little time to make. I'd ask for Blaze Pizza to post a more accurate closing time of 8:45pm, but wouldn't be confident they'd just rudely refuse customers and close 10+ min early in that case as well.
The best blaze I've ever been to. Staff courteous. Orders were ready quickly.In addition, they are the only place with a real keto crust. My pizza was awesome. Will definitely come back again.
I always order online and the brick oven is so yummy and you can get any toppings you want on a personal pizza everyone working is so nice and ota very efficient and convenient. ALWAYS a line because its yummy and fast!
