Awesome food. Ordered dinner 2 nights in a row,. It's that good. The pizza is awesome, the pasta is great too. Today, I went with pizza, pasta, and the steak sub. Couldn't choose one thing, so I wanted to try several things. I'm hooked. I'm new to the area, and I've ordered takeout from a lot of places. Finally found one to be my go-to. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
By far, our favorite pizza joint in Charlotte. To me, it is the closest thing to NY Pizza here. We normally get the Buffalo crust but either is great. We love that the crust can be flavored! My favorite one recently is the White Pizza with olive oil, garlic, onions, salt, pepper, and oregano. It is simple but just hits your taste buds perfectly! We also love the meat lovers pizza and the Bisonte classic.This is also a place you want to catch a Buffalo Bills game at!We recently hosted a group of our friends and had several pizzas to choose from. All of the 15 guys loved the pizza and there was nothing leftover! The cooks were kind enough to bundle the pizzas together so we could get them home easier.
We loved it here. We dined in our first time with the kids. Their pizza is great. Good crust. Their wings are great but could use more sauce. We decided take out soon after and we got a sheet pizza. It was delicious and worth the money.
This picture is 2 separate halves of the order. 1 was supposed to be “New York” crust, obviously not. Both were supposed to be well done. Obviously. Not. I recommend checking your orders when they come out of the kitchen. I also recommend the following: manager not hanging up on me when I call to let them know about the issue. Sorry Bisonte. Waited a year for you to correct the issues. Never again.
My family loved this place. Our new favorite pizza spot. Buffalo pizza was incredible with big chunks of chicken and great flavor. Had the wings and they were great too.
The uptown location hosted us this past weekend in their private dining room for my birthday. We had such a great time watching the Bills game and enjoying great food and drinks! Jimmy assisted me with making the reservation which was so easy and he was so accommodating. We had a group of about 15 and our server was attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend for a group event or outing!
This place use to really hit. It has went down so much as far as feeling welcomed and somewhat quality. It’s about the wait or how many staff but the way you are treated when there. Nobody even wants to say hello. Me and my family always spend money with this location but im not sure I can keep going here or recommending it to others. We ordered some wings and pizza. Pizza was not good at all especially for price. The wings was ok I got hot and bourbon(which is much more on the sweeter side). Customer service not good.
I literally couldn’t love this pizza any more.Unfortunately, the situations surrounding the Za keep driving me away. The customer service is awful, tonight I went 7 minutes without even being looked at by the staff. My pizza was cold when I got home, that’s not okay.Likewise, the price of this pizza has risen higher than any inflation rate. $24 for a one topping pizza. That’s right $24 for tonight’s cold pizza. Let’s not pretend like this is a result of growing ingredients costs, this price is absurd.Unfortunately, I won’t be able to return until the price is more reasonable. Then I will give the staff an opportunity to do a better job.

My taste buds begin to sing overwhelming joy to the world the Lord has come! My spirit was so uplifted, I began to praise God from whom all blessings flow. I am NOT exaggerating! You will not be disappointed. Come and try the best pizza in the universe Bisonte Pizza Co.
My go-to Italian restaurant! Great food at a wonderful price. Highly recommend.
