Some of the best EGGROLLS ON THE PLANT……there are freshly made by the owner one of a kind I swear I’m telling the truth. Might I add this is the only place I’ve been too ever that knows what you mean when you say extra eggs in your fried rice!!!!!!
The date March 26, 2022 the food was amazing. I've been going here for over 20 years (since i was a child). To the hard working gentleman and ladies that were in the kitchen that day, they were on spot with the ingredients. If management is reading this, please keep the ingredients you guys used that day. I can see and taste the difference in the food and it was great. If it means paying more I'll gladly pay more!!
I went to East Meck and graduated in 2008. Lived in Landsdowne off Sardis Rd. I’ve been to Best Wok easily 100 times - no hyperbole here whatsoever. I came here 3 times a week from 2006-2008 before I moved out west for college, worked jobs and got married. I returned in 2021 to treat my wife to my all-time favorite restaurant. They all immediately recognized me, teased me about being a little fatter than they remembered, remembered my name and regular order. My wife was laughing and I was fighting back tears. Long live Best Wok!
I've ordered food from this restaurant every Friday, give or take, for years and I get exactly what I'm craving every time. The consistency is always there,and the people there are so accommodating and friendly. I thought it was time to express my satisfaction with their food and the flavors they offer on a daily basis. Eastern cuisine is hands down the most flavorful food out there (my opinion) and these folks do it right. I haven't looked, but if there are any negative reviews, don't give them your time reading them, because it's not the way it is. Just a satisfied guys opinion.
I haven’t eaten better Chinese take out in my life. Best Wok is the place we started going to when I was in middle school & now, 30 years later - it’s still the best! Anytime I’m back over in Matthews, there is a take out order of Sa Cha Chicken with steamed rice & an egg roll placed. Best staff too!!
i was shopping and decide to get Chinese food. This is the worst Chinese food i ever tasted. no flavor, even the rice was nasty, i guess the people who wrote reviews never tasted real good Chinese food .. i should of went to chin chins.
My fist time and so Glad I Saw the positive reviews on the Nextdoor Neighbor App. Only take out right now but food is cooked quickly. I did not call ahead and only waited 10-15 min. Ordered Beef Broccoli, General’s chicken, wonton soup and their egg rolls and so delicious!

This is by far the best takeout nearby. The food is always on point especially the steamed dumplings. Just get a paper menu and avoid the web site because it's problematic. Best Wok is practically an institution at this point but don't get it confused with the other by the same name. It is not the same for some reason.
Best Chinese food in Charlotte. The food is fresh. Fantastic flavor. The egg rolls are superior and not greasy. Lomein is perfect! Great price also.
