The food is delicious but the service is very lack luster. Bring back Ben. The waiter only came to our table when I asked him to after our cups were completely empty, and he took off before our order was complete and we had to call him back. The lady up front was too worried about sitting on the counter playing on her phone to care what was going on inside. This used to be my favorite place to come out of all the Best China's. Not anymore. Mr. Lee, please fix things or you will loose your loyal customers.
Got some take out from here. First time! Wonton soup, Pu Pu platter and Lo Mein. Soup was good. Pretty hard to miss on this one. Lo Mein was less than desirable. Noodles were mushy and the taste was . . .? bland. Not much to it. And then the platter. Absolutely horrible. Every bit of it was over cooked. The chicken teriyaki stick was black. Had I tried, I’m sure I’d have enjoyed the stick more than the chicken. Even took the dog a minute to eat it. But then again, he’s a dog!! So he ate it. The crab rangoon was inedible, period. The chicken wing . . . Dry as a popcorn fart. Couldn’t put enough duck sauce on it to moisten it even a little bit. The egg roll . . . . Another miss. Cabbage was like the Lo Mein noodles. Mushy. Tasteless. Bland. So, Best China? No!!! Not even close. Consider a name change. I know, a big expense. Then try and find a decent cook. On the bright side, I have another take out container for my leftovers. Yay!!
Got 12 pieces of chicken and literally all of them were pink on the inside it didn’t even taste like chicken. fried donuts just tasted like bread with sugar thrown around them, rice was ok. I’ll literally never go back, spent $45 at this place , they definitely don’t have to worry about me coming back ?

The food was just ok but the woman up from with the dyed red hair has THEE WORST customer service skills I've ever experienced. Completely rude from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. She's the reason for this low rating

Been going here for a while but lately had been having bad experience food smells weird went on Monday and paid almost 50$ for food when I got home I served my husband and as soon as I opened it the food smelled bad like it was old we couldn’t eat that I wouldn’t go back I wouldn’t give it a star but I makes u click at one
This has been my fav Chinese place for years!! Tonight we noticed everything tasted different, it is not nearly as good as it always has been. I’m so sad. I surely hope it’s just a different cook tonight and they haven’t sold. ?
Went on a Saturday night. The food was so fresh and hot, despite no one else dinning in. I got the pu pu platter, my partner got house fried rice. Both delicious.
Food was not bad but it wasn't my greatest. Service was quick. Acceptable if you can't get to your favorite Chinese food restaurant.
