Absolutely love Berrybrook farm! Been a shopper there for a few years and every time I shop there its always a great experience and I love the high quality selection of items. Unique natural food/health store. One of a kind. Can’t think of another store in Charlotte or surrounding areas like this place. One thing I do miss though, is the smoothies!!! BRING BACK THE SMOOTHIES PLEASE!! ? ????? ?
I remember seeing this place when we went to Blockbuster when I was little. I decided to go in out of curiosity a year ago and this place is solidly my favorite store in Charlotte. I buy my skin care, honey and elderberry syrup here. Customer service is always great here!

I recently visited Berrybrook for the first time, unfortunately it will be my last time. I love the effort of customer service wherever I choose to spend my hard earned money! The store was not busy, so I walked each aisle to study the product offerings. The lady working literally spoke/acknowledged me on the last aisle. I asked for a particular category of vitamins, she escorted me to the area "looks like we're all out" I informed her I would like to check out the similar items, she walked off. The associate never informed me when the product may be back in stock, nor did she ask if I needed further help, yet I caught her watching me.
Muellin, horehound, and flower teas, beans, lentils are sold in bulk. Good selection of skin care, attentive service, a Charlotte gem. Sauerkraut in fridge means active probiotics!Oh, and fresh pressed peanut butter!
Great service, very knowledgeable staff. And with the size of the business, a big THANK YOU for taking care of your team members and customers by insisting upon mask usage! Staying Healthy...it's what you guys are all about!
I'm not doing this mask bulls**t. There is scientific data on how a mask is HARMFUL to you. I don't understand what you people don't get about this. Being a tool of government is no way to live. I want to love this store, they sell everything I love but they don’t actually stand for natural health. Their mask policy is extremely strict, they don’t honor medical exemptions and they will yell at you even if you try to take one inhale through your nose over your mask. I am a human. I am not a virus. I am one of the healthiest people you will ever meet. As a breathwork facilitator, I know Breath is sacred and essential for a high quality of life. I also have epilepsy and social anxiety - and I use my bicycle as my mode of transportation. Which means I need to breathe without feeling like I am going to suffocate. If you stand for Health, please consider changing your policy. I will send you scientific data proving that masks are harmful. Next thing you know you guys are going to start requiring injections of toxic and experimental pharmaceuticals for entrance……
For this to be my first time coming to this establishment. I'm very disappointed! I was super excited to finally come check this gem out. However my experience wasn't the best. There is no information online stating that the smoothie part of the establishment closes at 3:00pm! I arrived at 2:57, yes I know it's late however when I made it to the smoothie session I asked if they were open because I seen the sign which stats they close at 3:00pm . A older lady "a worker" voice to me that they close at 3:00. I looked at my watch it was 2:58pm. Which means you are still able to take an order . She insisted on here watch it was already 3:00. As a customer I didn't like how I was being debated with time when I was correct. The guy that was also working the smoothie station stated that they was able to make smoothies not sandwiches. She insist on showing me how I can order for the next day before 3:00pm. All I wanted was my smoothie to be made. She had a pretty rude attitude about it asking where do I work because I encouraged her on good customer service && how the first impression will last on a customer. Lastly I asked for the papaya strawberry smoothie which she gave me the nutty butter smoothie. I didn't order so I ask if she can add strawberries. Which was a hassle but was done. Overall I'm very bum about the service I received on 04/06/2021 at 2:58! Please have better customer service if the station closes at 3:00 then at 3:00 it should be closed not 2:50-2:59. Every customer counts! Great service will take any business a long way !
