I always love Ben and Jerry's Ice cream. This store was very clean, service was fast, and the staff very friendly. The smell of chocolate in the air was intoxicating
I was disappointed that they would serve a milkshake from a plastic cup with a paper straw. I couldn’t finish the second half of my Sweet Cream and Cookies shakes because my straw collapsed.
I ordered via Ubereats, I immediately received a call from the store telling me they sold out of the flavor I wanted. They told me they took it off the app, and were very sorry I was able to order it. The woman on the phone was incredibly kind, and accommodating. She even offered to mix some flavors and toppings together to make it! Kind service goes so far!
