Have you ever heard of an ice cream store with no ice cream? Went there on Sunday and was told they had no ice cream until the following Wednesday. Very underwhelming experience, place was kind of dirty and disorganized. They should just sell the business or close the doors because it is obvious the owner just doesn't care. Save yourself a trip & find a better place.
I cannot say enough positive things about Annette and her coworkers at this location. I placed an order for a clown ice cream cake and picked it up on Friday. When I ordered it, my expectations were low as it only asked for one flavor for the cake on the online menu. I chose vanilla as it is always a crowd pleaser. I did not realize that each clown face would be a different flavor or have so much detail. Annette said no one had ordered it before at this location and she was excited to see my reaction. After celebrating two birthdays this evening with family, this may be our “go to” cake. It was adorable, creative, and delicious. Thank you Annette. We appreciate your talent and your amazing customer service…everything about this location was 5 stars.
This place really should be shut down by the health department. ??? Trash everywhere. The ice cream is all kinds of mixed up. Toppings strewn everywhere. The guy needed a scoop to get ice cream and just grabbed one out of the sink. Soooo gross.
This Baskin and Robbins on McMullen Creek has amazing customer service! Annette, the on-site cake decorator, was able to transform a Shamrock cake into a beautiful birthday cake for us. She did an amazing job, it was absolutely beautiful! Thank you Annette for going the extra mile to make our granddaughter‘s birthday so special! Annette You rock!
Did not disappoint! Ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday and not only was it beautifully decorated, but it was so tasty everyone asked where it came from! Ordering the cake was super easy as well - and it was ready early than requested. Annette the cake decorator is so talented - and was was diligent in asking questions to make sure it was perfect for our son. Definitely heading back for our next birthday celebration!

Closed prior to 9pm when they don’t close until 10. None of the BR in the area have honest hours posted.

This place is just horrible. Every time we go they are closed or tell us not to come in because they are closing. Update your hours on Google page to reflect the correct times.
