Ice cream is good
I wanted a sundae and it was only 7:35 & they closed the basket Robbins side. They aren't supposed to close till 8! I was extremely disappointed!!!
They “can” do hand packed pints but refused to. Too much hassle for them to fill a paid order so they waste dashers time and get orders cancelled on them. Don’t order from here.
Rude staff, no selection of items. Don’t recommend.
This is a baskin robins that never has ice cream.
The Dunkin portion of this business is slow and today they were out of caramel for the signature lattes.
Horrible I waited 15 mins for a milkshake then I said I wanted cookie dough twice ended up with one very running went back to return 2 card in fry of sat for 20 mins then left horrible customer service

Went to order vanilla milkshakes and we're told they're out of vanilla? Then tried to get chocolate and they're out of chocolate too? Decided to get single scoops instead since all the flavors were odd and now no waffle cones? Unfortuante they can't live up to half their name. Poor management to say the least.
Fast customer service in the drive thru and very friendly.
