We love ordering from this Baskin-Robbins,when were on this side of town. I was turned off and Un-impressed with the order taker,she was rude and quite nasty,no one should experience that type of behavior when catering to any one's business establishment,not only does it give the business a bad name,it causes them to loose customers as well,we felt as though the dozen doughnuts we bought were stale,not fresh on purpose. The cashier we encountered was extremely nice and polite.
Just left 5 minutes ago after waiting at drive through nearly 10 minutes. Its around 4pm on Sunday and they are supposed to be open but appears no one is there or at least no one responding to drive through window
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They messed up and caught an attitude because I wanted it fixed. Never again will I come to this establishment. If you don’t want to work somewhere dealing with people don’t apply for the job!!

So sad I went to order a cake for my daughter birthday and they say there are no abligation to take a order ???
got there near seven, it wasn't very crowded. the prices are fair for the quality of food.

Went there on a Saturday night at 8:30 pm. Two young ladies were standing there watching potential customers come up to a locked door when the sign clearly states they close at 9:00pm. Never will waste my time with this place. Krispy Kreme is further away and worth it.
Ice cream was great! Dunkin Donuts part of store was filthy. Donuts were stale & dried out. The server on BaskinRobbins side was very nice & friendly. He was great with the kids. The server on Dunkin Donuts side was rude & was more worried about a texts on her phone!!
