Came here for my dad’s birthday and had such a fun time! Everyone was so friendly and food was amazing. Sangria was pretty tasty and I can say the paella tasted like the one I had when I went to Spain!
I’m from New York, but was in Charlotte for 2 months and I have to say that Barcelona wine bar could easily be one of the best, if not the best restaurants in Charlotte. I was there for my second time, last night to celebrate my birthday and I had a blast! The manager Von made sure my group and I had a great time and service. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The tapas were fantastic and the sangría is an easy 10/10 (best I’ve tried). What a great experience - totally coming back when I’m back in Charlotte!
We love this place. Flavorful Spanish tapas. Very good selection of tapas & wine. We had eaten at the one in Atlanta and the do a great consistent job.
A fun place to visit. I had this avocado burger. It was really good. I would totally come back again. It also has bunch of TVs. So I guess it would be a great place to watch sports together with friends.
I wish pictures could do it justice but there’s no way. First time here and it was an excellent experience. Our waitress was informative and had great suggestions for every question we asked. Very knowledgeable of the menu, I always appreciate that. Pictured are the empanadas, whipped ricotta, and cheese board. Everything was excellent. Not pictured that I would recommend are the mushrooms and leeks. Overall wonderful experience. Went for a girls night but would be a great date night spot or place to bring out of towners. Menu is tapas.

We reserved in advance for birthday celebration with a party of 12 . We arrived when Barcelona opened at noon on Sunday and we’d seated immediately. We received menus and quickly got our first round of drinks. We told our waitress Jordyn that we needed a number of checks, and she said she’d keep track and sort things out at the end, which she did with no errors. Jordyn rocked! Service was great, and required a team effort, but the staff did not disappoint. Food was excellent, service prompt, and Jordyn even brought desserts with a birthday candle. When wind from the courtyard blew the candle out, she magically produced a lighter in one hand and lit the candle on the tray In her other hand. Barcelona made the birthday celebration special! We will be back.

We went there for Valentines Day. Nice place,pretty stylish. We ordered the first cocktail from the menu and we like it. Can’t say something about food because we didn’t tried it. In general nice place for a high out with friends.
