Baoding has delicious food. Great service and nice atmosphere.
I bought the Hibachi Trio for $19, which came with this side of veggies. The shrimp sauce was delicious, but the veggies were boring. For $19, I would've expected something beyond a bunch of frozen veggies that seem microwaved. I wasn't the only one to get these sides either. I feel sorry that they seem short staffed, these poor folks seem overworked. I hope they're being compensated for working their tails off.
I consider Baoding to have the best Chinese food in Charlotte. The menu has a variety of appetizers, stir fry options, curries, noodle dishes, etc. Food can be customized and is made of high quality ingredients, to order. The staff is so friendly and the service is amazing. My drink never gets empty. The dinner menu is larger than the lunch menu and the dinner portions are larger as well. Dinner includes some Baoding specialties and moo shu dishes. Be sure to check out their hours before going, as they are closed for a time between lunch and dinner. If you are near SouthPark, give them a try! I always bring visiting family to Baoding for an excellent meal.

Great food. Huge dishes. Clean restaurant. I had the sesame beef. It's delicious and also a little crunch which I loved. My wife had the Singapore noodles with shrimp and chicken.
This is my go-to place for Chinese food. The staff here are friendly, caring, and hardworking and they serve up quality food options with a nice atmosphere. When I do takeout here, it’s always very fast and easy to pickup. I also really like that they offer different meat/veggie options so if I want to switch it up every once in a while, I can do it with ease. Highly recommend!
Best tasting Chinese food I’ve ever had! We ordered sesame chicken, chicken lo mein, veggie rolls, fried rice and white rice. Food was hot and fresh. I will definitely return when visiting Charlotte.
Was on a date for Valentine's Day and the food tasted amazing The drinks good. Great portion sizes and everything but right as we finished paying I wanted to have some of my glass of water with the lemon in it and I looked In the glass and saw a baby cockroach in my water... they didn't even offer anything only apologized. I was sad cuz I really liked the food but now just scared about how sanitary it is.Hopefully they will get better over time. But that experience grossed me and my girl out from going for a while
