One of the best burgers I have ever had. The bacon cheeseburger on steroids will fill up no matter how hungry you are. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is a must stop and eat restaurant. And defiantly try the truffle fires.
I was visiting Charlotte before I caught my flight. I choose to build my own burger which was tasty but very greasy. I ordered sweet potato fries that was cold and old. If I would have checked my order before leaving I would have never paid for it. My first experience with them and my last. I don't know what sweet tea means to guys but where I'm from it's not brown water.
First time at Bad Daddy’s! Must say it was a bad experience. My party of four and I came to dine in, whom all work in food industry. Upon being sat the hostess starting playing a sick joke by raising the blinds up and down next to our table as we could see her laughing at the stand… weird. Finally our sever Sage T. Came to greet us about 10-15 minutes later, restaurant wasn’t very busy. We then ordered our drinks, appetizer and food. One of the sides in my party did not arrive. Sage told us the mac and cheese (side that did not arrive) would be out shortly. After 15 minutes and it had yet to arrive I then asked her about it and she said the kitchen messed up (which is totally understandable) and it’ll be out. We then waited about another 15 minutes for it to arrive, though everyone had already finished their food. We mentioned to her numerous times we wanted to order milkshakes, she would just walk away. She finally came back at 8:43 and said they stopped making milkshakes soon so we had to order. We ordered and got our milkshakes. A member of the party got a strawberry chocolate milkshake and said it tasted spicy? So we all tasted it and instantly our throats begun to burn like there was hot sauce in the shake? About 3 minutes later the bartender came over and said “who has the strawberry shake” then took it off the table and said as she walked away “it’s strawberry habanero”. As the bartender told our server about this we saw her laughing because she was the one who made the shake. Instead of apologizing for the mistake she laughed and the bartender had to help us. Food was very good though I just suggest requesting for any server other than Sage.

My friend and I visited this location.. I had the BD's All American Burger with sweet potato fries. The burger presentation was great and the fries was hot and delicious.. burger not only looked food but tasted even better. My friend had the Black Bean Burger with a salad and she said it gave her life!!! Very flavorful and wonderful to the last bite. The salad was very fulfilling and a great amount for a side dish.
Oh my goodness, the burger was so good. It was juicy, had plenty of toppings fried onions, BBQ sauce, and Gouda cheese. Service was on point, even though they were very busy, other servers stepped in to check on us. That is true teamwork. My first visit, but I will be back!
Burguer was amazing!! Beer and strawberry Lemonade were fantastic. Regular French fries can be better but I will definitely go back.
Let me just say first, it really upsets me to have to be writing this 1 star review. Our experiences at Bad Daddy’s have been nothing but excellent for many years, except for tonight’s take out order. I would attach photos, but unfortunately it would be too gross to show spit out chewed food. My husband and I order take out all the time, but tonight as I went to bite into my burger, immediately I felt a strand of hair as a started to chew. I immediately went to spit the bite out into a napkin and I then proceeded to pull the rest of the hair out of the burger. It was a very long reddish brown colored hair. I got immediately sick and threw up, and my husband and I both threw our food out. Not to mention my burger was almost pink raw as we inspected the rest. I understand that mistakes happen and have had small hairs in food before, but this was an extremely long, assumingely a woman’s hair, that wouldn’t have been cooked into food if proper hair nets were worn in the kitchen. Not going to blame and say it was done on purpose, but this was an avoidable situation with proper health guidelines in a kitchen. Needless to say it’s going to unfortunately be a very long time before we will be back.
