I stopped at this restaurant in the Charlotte Douglas International Airport around 8:45 AM during a layover. Despite the name of the restaurant, you CANNOT get a burger here in the morning. This was disappointing but I had already sat down, otherwise I would have left. I wish this was made more apparent to customers, as I watched other people sit down and ask to order a burger, only to be left with a limited choice of breakfast items. I ended up going with the spinach, mushroom, and feta omelette with home fries and toast. The omelette was alright but not enough that I would have went out of my way to come to this burger joint to get it.

I had a little time between flights at Charlotte Airport, Terminal C and this place was very convenient. I attached a picture toward the bar and one of my Texican chicken salad. It has chicken, black beans, corn, nachos, lettuce, and tomato- and chipotle ranch dressing. It was good, iced tea to drink

Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar is a gastropub. Established in 2007, it serves a lineup of chef inspired burgers and chopped salads as well as a wide selection of craft beers. I had “The Western” (a burger topped with Monterey Jack cheese, seasoned fried onion straws, and barbecue sauce) with fries for $17.59 at the Douglas International Airport location in Charlotte. It was pretty good, and so was the service. Vegetarian friendly, this location (open daily from 11:00 in the morning until 11:00 at night) features table service, televisions, and a full bar.

Had dinner here between flights. Ordered my meal using the app code on the table. Took around 30 minutes for my food to show. Got the patty melt burger medium with French fries. The burger was cooked as ordered and delicious with the sauce but the fries were cold.

Fantastic burger! We were on a layover at Charlotte airport and stopped in for a quick lunch. We kept it simple - I had the bacon burger on steroids with fries and my wife had the American burger with sweet potatoes fries. Both were really good. In fact the bacon burger was out of this world. There’s not much you can say about an airport restaurant, but it was good. The reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating was because we waiting a long time before a server came to our table. We especially noticed because another table was seated after us and had drinks and already ordered before anyone came.Even though it was slow to start, once the server came she was attentive and did a good job.

Stopped to grab lunch between flights, seated immediately and took my order within minutes. More than 45 minutes later I received my dry hamburger (medium) and soggy fries. Asked the server to go ahead and bring the check because I was going to have to gulp and run to make my flight. Asked again when I was almost done. Ten minutes after I was done eating I flagged her down, gave her my credit card and said I need to pay now or I am going to miss my flight. No there was no tip. I hope the note on the receipt explains why. IT'S AN AIRPORT. PLANES DONT WAIT!!!

Strangely enough, the Bad Daddy here is better than the one in Huntersville. The taste of the food is great and better than the one in Huntersville. The service is a little bit slow, but it's reasonable as the place is jam-packed with people. The place is not very comfortable for long seating as it is very crowded, but again, it's reasonable as it is located in one of the busiest airports in the country.

Terrible service! There is a window for to go orders which I went to place a to go order and the lady looks at me and says nothing so I told her I am ready when you are and her response was you want to place a to go order which I replied yes and she says I need to order it at the bar. I walk to the bar which was busy and I let the bartender know I want place a take out order and he looks at me like are you crazy. He said I need to go to the to go window which I told him the lady said to come here and he said he can't do it cause he is the only one there. I went back to the to go window and asked a different lady if they are doing take out orders and she said yes I need to order it at the bar which I told her what the bartender said and her response was I guess we are not doing take out orders right now! Terrible customer service and comminication.

Stopped in this airport burger bar while in Charlotte NC on the way to Miami. At first I did not want to eat here, but the wife said she wasn't gonna walk anywhere else.We sat down and ordered a couple of beers, and I ordered the bacon burger with tater tot fries with was a great option. The burger was big loaded with bacon and had greatFlavor. I was very impressed that I actually like it. So if you like big burgers and bacon, this place is a win win!!
