Worst service , the guy who is working today June 25 was so rude and asked to get out of the store when we are explaining that he need to give customers time to pick what they need.He was not ready to listen and asked leave the from his store when we are talking.Not sure how this guy is running store..God bless to His coworkers and Auntie Brand.
I should rate this Auntie Anne a zero.Very bad service and I think that one particular staff behind the counter in charge of shaping the pretzel was playing a racist card.I was clearly on the line with my boys,when I entered he was telling me to queue again,asking me did I not see that people were queuing?I asked him what made him think I was not on the line?I turned my head and asked the customer behind me if I cut his queue which of course he said no.Charlotte Outlet is my go to but I will never get any snacks from this shop again.I regret going.
No other store in the outlets is forcing you to wear a mask .But once you order the pretzel you can stand less then 5 ft from everyone with your mask down and eat hilarious
Very very poor customer service. My husband walked out with the grandkids excited for some pretzels because the person taking the order was extremely rude about the mask when he wasn’t even wearing properly. ( I went in by myself to get the kids some pretzels) First of all if you require a mask you should have one to provide. Also You can’t be rude about it.Second the pretzels were not cooked all the way. I’m not a person to write a bad review but as a business owner I care so much about customer service.
I should give 0 stars to this location. The employee Ryan is so irresponsible and rude to the customer. In front of me, he was literally fighting and arguing with customers on size of the cup of the Pretzels. I wonder how this location is being able to retain franchise of Auntie Anne’s. Management should fire such employees immediately. No wonder why this location has 3.5 stars.
Awful customer service! The person who took my order was “in charge” . I’m not the kind of person to write reviews, especially a negative one but I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service. Extremely rude “manager”
We had cinnamon bun middles which were heated up and they were to die for! What a treat! Server was very nice, too.
Rudest employees ever. Haven't been treated so rudely by anyone in a very long time. And, given the other reviews, it's clear this has been an ongoing issue and management has no interest in fixing the problem. Will never be back.
Awful customer service and poor management at it's finest. My husband ordered the garlic parmesean pretzel bites, was told it would be 12 minutes before ready (line was out the door). He waited in the sitting area outside of the pretzel shop due to an overcrowded store. When he went back inside exactly 12 minutes later, was told they were all out again and that it would be another 12 minutes. No empathy, no anything. At what point should he have waited to be notified that his pretzels were ready? My husband asked for a refund and left because there is no way we are going to patronize an establishment who doesn't value their customer's business or time. And yes we get it, we are all stretched thin and in a lot of cases understaffed these days but common courtesy should be the bare minimum.
This place has the rudest employees!!! We were over charged and the girl and man at the register would not fix the charge. We ordered pretzels NOT bites and we were charged for bites!! Won’t return to this location unless the service changes.
