Horrible waste of $$ on hard cookies. You’d think common sense would be more common.
Extremely rude staff. I asked if a guy put an additional order in a bag because it’s busy and loud. He looked at the woman at the register and says, “I don’t know why he keeps asking questions.” I was making sure I get the right stuff my family wanted. Please retrain your staff to not be jerks.
They knew better than to give a burnt hard cold pretzel to a customer ! When called to companion answer after multiple times and no room for leave a message! I see why the overall rating is so low yet too generous I. My opinion!
do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. staff is unbelievably rude and judgmental. yikes
I would like to take a minute and appreciate ManiFor her great customer service. Everytime I come toGet my cinnamon pretzel she greets me with a smile.She’s truly a loyal worker to the company.

At the mall I ask for the pretzels with the ? and lady said 20minute okay that was fine. Came back no hotdogs with pretzels. So the guy was on his phone. And the Cashier had to make them!!! Another 10 to 15 minutes. Poor customer service and the guy was still on his phone. I understand no help but two people at a stand
There were 3 individual restaurants, customers would line up at individual counters only to be told they needed to line up at one counters. May customers were visibly annoyed.
The service here is horrible!! My son ordered cinnamon sugar minis and one of them was bitten off half way through the cup!? and his sprite was nothing but water. When we arrived only one register was open with a quite a line. While we were waiting, they opened a second register after telling me the other registers were broken. Then they didn’t redirect the folks who had been waiting in the long line to the newly opened lines but immediately began serving new walk-up customers. All of this on to of rude service, eye rolls and tooth sucking from the staff. NEVER again will I patronize this place!
