Pretzels Fast Food

I'm from the Carolinas and just arrived at CLT from an international trip. I would hate a visit to this Auntie Anne's location to be anyone's first impression of Charlotte or the US. The cashier was far too concerned about a group of guys sitting at a nearby table. When we finally got to her she was talking to a coworker about the guys and we had to ask her if she was ready to take our order. It felt like we were interrupting her social time by trying to place an order and give them our business. Her pants were hanging down in the back so you could see her underwear. It was all so unprofessional. Also, what Auntie Anne's doesn't have the **original** pretzel. This was around 5:30pm and they only had 3 flavors available. Really disappointed in this experience and that this is the impression people not from here may get of our area.

We stopped by the AA in between terminals D and E. There were no less than 10 customers there wanting to place a order. The girl behind the register hollered at all of us and said they wouldn't have anything available for at least 30 minutes. So much for customer service. All she needed to do was take the orders and start preparing them. Average cook time is about 10-12 minutes. These gal's were just lazy and had more interest in playing on their phones. I bet this location lost ton's of business Sat.

Mika is an excellent worker she remade a drink for me and my buddy that wasent what I wanted or thought and she remade the drinks quickly and with very professional service love this place!!!

Look, I don't go to an airport expecting exquisite cuisine; I just look for food that is properly cooked and edible, just like I could outside of the airport boundaries. In that regard... Auntie Anne's, you severely disappointed me. Honestly... how hard is it to screw up a pretzel? But screw it up they did. I ordered two cinnamon sugar pretzels... and was disgusted to find that the middle was still doughy and uncooked, similar to if you improperly prepare crescent rolls. I only ate it because it was going to be some time before we arrived at our final destination, and needed something in my system. This is not a condemnation of Auntie Anne's in general; I've had many positive experiences at their mall kiosks, and their pretzels, in general, are well prepared and delicious. And maybe it's because I went to this particular location around 8 am, and they were not up to speed for traveler rush. But this particular visit would not only keep me from ever giving this location another chance, but I have to admit it would give me pause from going back to any Auntie Anne's location. There are numerous restaurants located in Charlotte-Douglas Airport. Do yourself a favor, and maintain a far distance from this one.

My husband and I were traveling from Austin to Lexington KY we had a layover in Charlotte. While I was on line getting food my husband decided to stop by and get some pretzels needless to say three employees stood in the behind the counter ignoring my husband mind you there was no one on line. 10 minutes passed by and nothing. These employees represent your company and as a worker in retail that's unacceptable to ignore your customers. Rude and will never go back there again.

Maybe it's hit and miss in an airport, but had an easy line, had a nice cinnamon pretzel, and it didn't break the bank. My gf likes these, but I'll have to see how prices are for them back in the Philippines, where she says there are another couple outlets. A bonus in this airport is that there is a lot of seating available in the food court type area (along with other food choices). This is the 3rd time I have been here in a week since it is a major airlines hub now.

Auntie Anne's generally has a couple items that I really enjoy, but unfortunately this location doesn't seem to be run as well as many others we've visited. There was very little available when we stopped here and for them to make anything would have required waiting quite a while from what they were telling us. Unfortunately, being in an airport, we didn't have all day to wait around so we had to settle for the options they had ready (which wasn't much). The food we did get was just as good as we've gotten from Auntie Anne's anywhere else; it just wasn't our first choice.

Me and my man Mitchell were busting for an Aunt Anne's on our whole trip and the day we were leaving we finally got one at the airport. I got the cinnamon sugar pretzel and I honestly with I'd bought about 100 because it was so good. Next time I fly to the States I might just take a detour and stop at the Charlotte airport again just to go here?

Cinnamon pretzels had been sitting there quite some time. Workers were rude, one worrying about getting “outta here” and the other chomping her gum looked like we were putting her out. Should have gone to Cinnabon!
