Beautiful, modern room. Great views. Great amenities. Food area. 24/7 Fitness center. Pool. Nice outdoor space. Great location. Only small issue I had was the bed was a little challenging getting adjusted to. But overall great experience, highly recommend. God bless.
I spent a total 7 nights at the Aloft. It's Marriott's more "hipster vibe" chain. Bare concrete floors in lobby, high ceilings in rooms, "cubbys" instead of drawers etc. Also no clock in the room. Definitely a business traveler hotel Monday through Thursday. Weekend it's family. Also pet friendly. Was not impressed by the look of the breakfast option so I did not even try them. Fitness center is great. All the equipment worked. The pizza at the lobby bar is actually pretty good. They also have a free shuttle that runs to several food and shopping areas. Never waited for a ride. Staff is attentive and friendly. Only really downfall is the amount of construction going on around the hotel. With a new client close by I am sure I will be staying here again.
First time at this hotel. Very nice. Would come back. I can honestly say I only had two turnoffs. First, no glasses in room, only plastic cups. I hate drinking out of plastic cups. Second, what is with the fake sausage in the breakfast sandwich? That should be a matter of choice. We eat real meat.
We’ve stayed here several times, and we love that we know what to expect. There are no surprises or disappointments like you would find in an Airbnb. The rooms are ALWAYS clean, the staff is ALWAYS kind and friendly, and the stay is ALWAYS reasonably priced. This hotel experience is what all hotel stays should be like. Aloft sets the standards for sure. We did have a small problem with the pool, but in all the times we’ve stayed, that’s happened once.
The rooms are gorgeous and so spacious but my only issue was the small bathtub that looks like it was made for a very petite person. It had me getting water all over the floor but I still recommend. The bar is a plus although the drinks are kind of up there but I still liked. The staff and customers made me feel welcomed.
Everything was perfect during my stay. The staff is friendly; the hotel's shuttle service is very convenient; and the location is great for the Ballantyne area.
Booked here for Mother’s Day to have the kids swim and it was so peaceful.The indoor pool was perfect being that it was chilly. The kids had the pool to themselves the entire time.The room was almost perfect, A spill was on the door and was very noticeable but the comfort of the beds took that away from my attention.A great place to relax.Great service checking in and out.Will return back soon!
We had a water leak and needed a hotel that allow dogs. I did not expect the place to look like it did. Beautiful hotel, clean room and exceptional customer service. Would visit again.
Stayed here for work and had an amazing time! The staff is super friendly and everything is very clean! My wife and I spent quite a bit of time in the lobby/bar area for work and spoke with Amanda quite a bit! She was so helpful and took great care of us! Excited to come back again hopefully soon!
Aloft is usually my go - to hotel when I travel. My first time at this upscale location. The area is beautiful & I just had to come try it out for myself. The lady at the bar was so sweet & the drinks were definitely on point I think her name was Tori. The folks at the front were also nice & helpful. Downstairs seemed clean and well put together, room seemed that way as well until i happen to wake up in the middle of the night and use the bathroom. I happen to look down under at the lil cubby area and see some Polo Ralph underwear, wife beater, & some other underwear which is the nastiest thing ever. I’ve never dealt with that even at some of the more less expensive hotels I’ve stayed at. Not all but this Aloft has really lost some points on this one. Makes me wonder how clean the room actually is cause apparently housekeeping didn’t do a thorough clean/check on the room if that nasty mess was left behind. GET IT TOGETHER ALOFT!!!!!!
