First time visitor, and I didn’t find anything to not like! The burger was yummy and messy as a good burger should be, the house made pickles were outstanding! The tea was nice and strong and not syrupy sweet, and the soft serve ice cream was probably the best I’ve ever tasted. Thick and creamy, and the chocolate was richer than any I’ve had elsewhere. Definitely worth checking out-I know I’ll be going back!
Food was great and the ladies that took care of us where really sweet and kind , definitely recommend and will be going back
We recently visited for lunch and were greeted by the friendly staff upon our arrival. After placing our order, we only had to wait a few minutes for our food to be ready. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed our delicious burgers, fries, and coleslaw. The only downside to visiting this location is the limited parking at the restaurant and along the surrounding streets.
I’m very picky but this is REALLY good food. I eat here at least once a week. Food is always good and hot. Best burger and fries in town, easily. Comeback sauce is really good too. If you don’t mind it being a little pricey and want a really good filling meal that you and little ones will enjoy, this is the place to come.
Shake shack wishes it was this good.I usually hesitate to get a veggie burger that’s not predominantly bean but I don’t regret it. I’m not sure if the patty is vegan but if you’re vegetarian you can definitely enjoy a meal here. Everything was made fresh to order. Fries were crispy, cheese was melted, and the shake was super creamy. The staff was super nice and the restaurant was very clean. I can’t wait to come back.
This place was highly recommended by my chef-trained son. He hasn't steered me wrong, yet! Great burgers! ??
Y'all 3 words have changed my life... SWEET POTATO TOTS???. 10xs better than sweet potato fries. I had the limited time only Chili cheeseburger, side of sweet potato tots and a Chocolate milkshake. He had the Ace Burger with sweet potato tots and Cookies and cream milkshake. ? Yum yum yum. Everything was delicious and the manager went above and beyond to make sure our visit was outstanding. Definitely a place we'll visit again ❤️?❤️
The place we were planning on having lunch was closed (I honestly don't even remember where we initially wanted to go - but I *do* remember how good Ace No. 3 was!), and we ended up here. The burger and milkshake were heavenly, and the order of fries was plenty big to split between the two of us. We'll be back!
Consistently one of the best burgers in Charlotte and there is no better chocolate shake in town. The people that work here are always polite and helpful. Tonight the manger walked over and asked how everything was (uh, perfect) and I heard him tell the crew "great job today everyone" as they were closing down for the day. This is the kind of place that is more than just excellent food, it is run by people who know how to treat customers well and how to run a restaurant with pride. I'll put it this way, I bought an ACE t-shirt and I'll gladly advertise for them.
I was originally going another burger place to have lunch. Then I seen Ace and figured I’d see what it was like. Everything was made fresh. The burger was not dry at all. The fries were a nice crunch and the sweet potato tots are delicious. Definitely found me a new spot.
