Came here for the first time and had the lunch special and I have to say, this may be the best Indian food I've had in Charlotte. Seriously, I've tried almost every place and this is so good. New management took over about a month ago and put in a new team and they are crushing it. Good flavor, good spice, reasonable prices...I definitely would recommend you check this place out!!!
The staff is extremely kind and tentative. They make sure you have everything you need. The samosas are amazing and so is the garlic naan and the butter chicken. Highly recommend! Definitely will be returning!
Awesome food. Tried their weekend lunch buffet and was impressed with their selection and quality. The butter chicken was spot on , so was the dum biryani and goat chettinad. The service was pretty nice as well. Will surely visit this place again soon.
Very nice ambience, friendly staff, quick and on time preparation. Ordered take out many times and always found fantastic tasting hot food ready on time. Love the dry chicken items like tandoori and pepper chicken, biryani, pastries. Portions are very good and we always have leftovers. Sagar is very particular in making sure all items are included in take out and we feel welcomed. They occasionally ask about food quality to make sure customers are getting a chance to provide feedback. Will continue to go back...
This place is fantastic. The food, service and ambience (for a casual desi place) are perfect. Most importantly, the staff is super professional and they go out of the way to make even an ordinary evening out feel special. We have on a couple occasions made special requests and the team was super accommodating. The food is 10/10.
Hot breads here inside 9 spices is a heaven for eggless cakes !! You have to try their mango cake to believe this. Chef Anand is a superstar !! We also tried their cookies and they are equally awesome. Custard cookies are a definite recommendation. Awesome flavor and melts in mouth. Paneer puff is also great...great filling, only thing I would say is to add a pinch of salt more and it would be perfect. This place is a definite recommendation for cakes and other bakery items !!! We still have to try 9 Spices lunch/dinner.
We ordered food for takeout and overall taste was good. Naan breads were good. Curries we ordered are creamy, hopefully not all are cream based. Quantity of Curry and appetizer could have been more for the price, but all instructions on the spice level were followed.
We ate here for lunch and it is always amazing! What was a surprise is that they have small bakery. The Black Forest cake was fantastic and very light - we will order one for an upcoming family event.

Food here is amazing! The staff is so kind and attentive. I was vegetarian for four years but the chicken tikka masala is too good to resist!
