The food was delicious! The 800 signature sauce wings and the fries were amazing! The pizza was great - havenât had pizza like that since NYC! Words can not describe how much my husband and I loved dining here. Our server (Joseph S.) was very professional and helpful. He made great recommendations too. Thank you for your kindness, Joseph! Iâd recommend 800 to anyone for any occasion. ð
The service by Danielle was excellent and she did a super job first handling that our first choice for wine was not available (replacement was initially rejected but had to take it as the next suggested wine was too pricey) and then over cooked snapper. She stayed on top of this and suggested a new entree which would get done quickly. The restaurant did comp us 50% for the replacement which was not expected but appreciated. We would return as the other selections served were very good.

Party of 9, everyone enjoyed their meal. Drinks were good also.
They brought out everyoneâs food except one personâs, so she had to wait a while for her food while the others ate. This makes no sense. When asked to speak to a manager, instead of politely coming to speak to us, he sent the waiter to us to say they comped the entree. We didnât ask for a comp, we asked to speak to the manager. So we asked again and he never came. 20 mins later the chef came out to apologize. Again- not the manager. He sent everyone over but himself. We found this to be unprofessional. Besides that, the pizzas werenât great- kind of soggy and wet at the bottom. Also, the waiter messed up one order, and forgot to bring a side out altogether. Clearly never returning here.
Service was slow lady night
This was our first time dining at 800 Degrees. We were very pleased with the food, the atmosphere, and most importantly, the service. Danielle was our server and she was very fluent on the menu, very timely, and lots of fun!
Weâve been here a few times now, the drinks are ALWAYS amazing. The Brown Derby was our drink of choice last night, and it was perfection. We also split the meatballs (you have try them!) and split a Carni and Honey Badger pizza. Both were phenomenal! Just something about their flavors and crust!
Great food and service. Very accommodating. Can't wait to go back.
