The atmosphere in the place is very nice, it a relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, however the portions were small for the prices. I would suggest a different type of pasta for their mac and cheese, collard dip was fantastic. The women's bathroom had no soap, it was brought to the attention of a worker who said that the thing is broken. That is something that needs to be fixed right away or they need to put bottles of hand wash in the bathroom. I love the decor however. I hope they take my suggestions into consideration.

Awesome location. Great atmosphere. I go there for brunch multiple times a month. Their salmon or whiting and grits are my favorite. The bartender Green always makes me feel welcomed and special when I am there.

The food was disgusting! Bare minimum at its finest. I ordered fried chicken wings and they didn’t have any so without explanation of the type of wings I was getting they gave me plain wings which were soggy. The Mac and cheese tasted like it was just put in a bowl and mixed together with cheese. The shrimp were nasty. I’m so dissatisfied. Would not recommend.

I went here with my friend on Saturday afternoon... we were seated in a decent amount of time. We ordered whiting and grits. I had a side of home fries and she had a side of jumbo wings.... nothing had flavor but the home fries. We were both disappointed. Presentation is very nice, but it lacked flavor. Alot of people have complained about the waitresses and time the food comes out and says that the taste of the food makes up for some of it... so what happened here? Lol. The waitresses were kind to us. They took our orders and food was out promptly. We also had the minosa special!

I came in for a work dinner on Saturday and it did not match the vibe. The workers seemed to be all over the place. They were out of key items. It was a bad display of presentation. Our waiter was good and down to earth and she was frustrated with her job as things were not in order. Sad honestly. Food could have been better as well.. would not really care to eat there again

Great job! First time here from DC. I ordered the salmon and grits along with French toast. Overall the food was good and servers were very attentive. I’ll visit again and hope to get the same experience.

My food was good but my siblings didn't too much enjoy theirs. The pictures are what I had and the Waffles were good as well. Two siblings had the lemon pepper salmon, they said it tasted fishy. The wedge salad was not all of that. Salmon bites were good. Great atmosphere but our waitress seemed like she was new and kept forgetting to grab things. She even used 1 card to pay for multiple tickets when there was cash on top of 1 ticket. Luckily it was my brother's card and my sister's ticket so it was ok. The choice of music playing was PERFECT! I would probably go again but with a smaller group. I had the fried pork chop meal too, forgot to take a picture... it was delicious as well.

Upon entering the restaurant around 12:00pm, we were greeted kindly by two hostesses. We were seated in the booths but requested to move to a table for more space and was accommodated. Our waitress Naomi was kind and ensured we had everything we needed. One of the hostess (she may have been in training) came around and checked on us which was great. The only downsides from our visit were when we received our food, the grits were soupy, the hash potatoes were over cooked, the turkey bacon was cold and the red velvet waffle was over drenched with cream icing.Overall, great vibes and music. Food just needs to be improved to ensure that the price matches what is being paid for.

Ambiance is impressive! Menu is limited, no specials and overpriced. The texture of my seabass was almost mousse like, very salty accompanied by a few slivers of baby carrots. The $7 bread basket is a round loaf of simple whole wheat bread about the size of a small grapefruit. We tried at least 2 dishes from each category (3 categories, not including dessert) and I really don't remember anything standing out. Service is very good but perhaps due to a very slow Friday night. My $20 Gold Fashion was very good but hardly worth $20. While the views are magnificent, Charlotte fell short of great PNW food. The $40 parking charge just left us with a very bad taste in our mouths, especially when the car was parked on the street where we left it for the valet.

I brought salmon bowl Teriyaki in which it had a gnat in it. After taking 3 bites from the grits it was on my fork. Because they are closed Mondays and Tuesday I couldn’t call the next day or go up there. I came back on Sunday to try to receive a refund. I was told because it’s been a week they can only do a credit or remake the food in which I wanted neither. Why would I want food from a place I already had bugs in and why would I want a credit to come back. Waste of 27 dollars on a to go order with a tip. I live 45 mins from here I only come to Charlotte when I have to work(driving the bus). I come to Charlotte when I have to work which is why I didn’t come on the other days and it’s not possible to park the bus on the side of the street to resolve a food dispute. First time at the establishment and never going back. I most certainly will not recommend to my family, friends, and coworkers.
