Absolutely love 22 Street Kitchen! They’re one of the best food trucks I have tried in Charlotte. 100% recommend!
Decided to eat with them for Eat Black Charlotte. Their line was long so meant their food with be good. Stood in line for 2hrs. Ordered the Chicken Philly Wrap with no onions. The wrap was well sauced and hot. A little upset on how small it was for $12-$14. They sold out early if their Turkey Burger. So next time I’ll have to try that. Overall, great customer service and food was hot. Hope the wait time is short or a less busy day I visit!

I don't like writing reviews but this really bothered me. Charging $14 for two really small pieces of a subpar chicken quesadilla at a college event is pretty egregious. Especially since other places nearby sell larger portions for a $1.50. I asked about this and they said it was because they gave a free drink per person...but the drinks were dollar cans of soda (that I didn't even take). I'm serious the slices we're smaller than my hand :(I would be willing to spend 14 bucks on a quesadilla, but it would have to actually be worth 14 dollars in size or taste and this was neither. Not to mention, I guess because it was an event, the prices were not listed with the menu options. I was quick to ward off my friends from getting ripped off. I understand prices on everything are going up, but it's hard to justify this :/
I had the pleasure of trying their fried chicken sandwich and cornbread both of which were amazing and the size of the chicken sandwich was more than generous! The cornbread was warm and delicious! I also very much enjoyed the staff working in the truck and they were clean and well organized! The food also came out quickly! Will definitely eat there again if I have the opportunity

The menu was very misleading and was confused about my order. First time trying and the food was cold and disgusting, no flavor and the woman in the food truck had the worst customer service I have ever expierneced in my life. DO NOT waste your money, the food was so nasty I couldn't even finish it.and now there are saying they didnt serve me, they served my work place and everybody complained about the food and the RUDE customer service, do not spend your money with them!!!!!!!!

These folks worked a company dinner. Wonderful good food. Shrimp tacos were awesome, actually some of the best shrimp I've ever tasted. And it was served quickly by a friendly bunch of people. If this truck is near you grab a bite. You won't regret it!
