They have gotten stingy with the salmon but hey it’s a $10 salad so I won’t complain too much. It’s very fresh. I replace the green aioli dressing with the ginger dressing.
One of my favorite sushi places around Charlotte. They have a huge selection and the rolls always tastes fresh. The staff are also very good about remembering faces. I was impressed that one waitress remembered my face and what I got last time I went here 7 month ago! I didn’t even remember what I got back then! The atmosphere of the place is very clean and gives off a formal vibe. Highly recommend trying this restaurant if you’re a sushi lover like myself.
I don’t leave many negative reviews. But this time, I’m making an exception. I called at 8:10 to place a take out order. They don’t answer. I drive over because it is 5 minutes away. There are more employees there than customers, and they proceed to point at me and otherwise ignore me. I’m confused why with 4 employees standing around that no one is capable of answering the phone. Finally the bartender makes his way over and tells me they are closed, and close at 8:30. I check my watch. It’s clear I was there by 8:20. Online shows they are open until 9:30. But it’s a simple take out order. These guys are clearly checked out. Called another nearby Asian restaurant and picked up my meal by 8:35. I’ll go leave a positive review there now. I’m guessing they won’t be around long. It’s a shame I liked the sushi, but won’t be back.
Most of my review are positive. Not this time. It’s like these guys don’t even want to do business. They don’t answer the phone. They close when ever they want. They are just not trustworthy. I won’t be back.
Came in at 1:30 before closing for lunch. The food was ok but it felt like it was closed, bar stools up at the bar. Felt rushed with the server. Check came right after receiving my food. Had to ask for lunch menu and served different wine than what I ordered. If closed tell customers. Felt important to be honest with feedback.

Takeout order took longer than expected, to the point we asked to be called when it was ready. After no call, I return to the restaurant and was told the order was cancelled and they could not process a refund with no manager in house. Eventually the team was able to get the refund processed. Horrible experience for a longtime repeat customer.
One of the best sushi restaurants in the Charlotte area. The fish quality is amazing, and the price is perfect. Great service. I highly recommend.
We love the food. But occasionally they will miss something with our order...so check it before you leave
