The frozen yogurt is tasty here, the staff working the counter are friendly. Just know that the way that the owners pay the teens working the register is questionable. Even though the tips area promised source of income at being hired, the “tip-jar” is just another source of revenue for the owners. Most of the time, this is typically the first job for many kids in this area. These kids don’t understand how tips work, and quickly find out that only a small portion of these tips find it to their (not in cash form) weekly check. Tasty treats, but unethical way to treat 15-18 year old kids counting on a few extra bucks at the end of the night. As long as you know this before tipping, enjoy your yummy froyo.
Great place to get frozen yogurt or bubble tea!Always very clean place and friendly cashiers.
I am really disappointed with my experience here. We were charged $23 for 3 cups of frozen yogurt. The first one rung up as less than $3 and they charged us $10 each for the other two. When we checked the receipt after, it seemed we were double charged for two of them and should have only paid $13-15. You could see it on the receipt. The employee working was unhelpful when we were confused about what happened they could not explain how it cost so much. The manager came out and gave us $3 back after making up some explanation over how this happened( no clue where this number came from there was no math). The manager also kept the receipt because it seemed clear to me she saw we were charged $10 more but did not want us to have proof of it. 2 employees and the manager looked at it and all 3 of them came to different conclusions about what was on the receipt even meant.
Always a fun place to go for a quick refreshment! I'm never disappointed.
A large variety of many flavors and toppings ( I really like to mix the chocolate related flavors). There are many low fat and vegan options too. I go here at least every month.
Very clean all-you-can eat fro-yo shop. Many great flavors to choose from and very good selection of toppings. There ample outdoor seating nearby.
Quick and easy and tasty, but stark surroundings. I like to sit outside.
This was such a cute place tucked in the corner! I loved how they had their menu (flavors and toppings) written on the brick! I thought it was such a cute idea. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star is they didn’t have a kids size. But nonetheless it was delicious! Highly recommend the strawberry shortcake froyo!
This review only pertains to the bubble tea here. It’s really not good. There are several better options on Franklin street and I drive the extra 15 min, including 10 more min for parking, to get it elsewhere. The guy serving me had his head down in his iPhone the whole time. He was so absorbed by whatever app he was on that he didn’t notice that I was holding some tip in my hands for a whole minute. Oh well, guess you don’t want it. Guess I’m not coming back.
No complaints.
