The food was typical Wendy's.I do have an issue. Why not have mobile ordering like other locations? I work on campus and I definitely do not like to have to spend ten minutes in a line just to order. It would be a good idea to add that to the app. Other than that, I did get my food pretty quickly and I appreciated the cashier that took my order.

They don't take any coupons. My free Frosty key tag is no good. Food was fresh service was fast

There are 2 close to my apartment, one on UNC campus close to the student union building, and one closer to my home. The one on campus is always busy during regular hours, especially lunch and dinner. The one closer to my home offers great deals and is open late at night, so if I'm hungry when I get off, I can go through the drive through and get a quick bite

My jr. hamburger came out fast, hot, and yummy. They are very good at managing the long line of people waiting so that we weren't waiting long at all. Shoutout to Jazz, the cashier who was upbeat, perky, and very sweet! It was a pleasure to have her take my order.

The drive through took forever but it was worth the wait

Always out of most items. Typical of Wendy's the frosty machine is always out of order. Unless you're a student and have no options don't waste your time. Also don't waste your time doing food delivery from this place.

They never have anything when u want them to and they act like they closed but really shouldn’t be closed until 1.

Keep in mind some ground rules. This is a University campus. Wendy's on campus, during my day, would be considered a perk. For those of you who can't decipher what I mean by "my day". I'm 74 years old. I'm surprised they even allow me in here. Now for what I observed. While standing at the Wendy's counter, looking like Gomer Pyle, these young folks speak a different language. The menu's are not senior friendly. If your over 50, don't try to stand in line and figure out what you want. Stand to the side, let the line flow, ask a lot of questions. Do a lot of listening. Maybe someone will feel sorry for you. The service is pretty quick, and like most Wendy's, the food is pretty good. My only problem, didn't see any coffee. And what is a "PLUS" menu?

It's a Wendy's. Like every other Wendy's.
